Is Newell the make of the bus, or the company that turns the bus into an RV?

Both. .. Newell manufactures its own bus chassis with proprietary slides and outfits the interiors. .. A very custom, high tech motor coach.

Instead of a split bath with larger shower it’s combined on one side. Sometimes closet space is sacrificed.

@@stano5102 If the bunks weren't there it would have been a closet. In some floorplans, they will also move the washer and dryer to the rear bath instead of the central hallway.
