Sir the base of class 3 cavity prepration is formed by GINGIVAL or AXIAL WALL dfrnt bks drfnt answer

Axial wall forms the floor of class 3 cavity. Gingival surface forms the seat (Gingival Seat). I reckon Gingival seat forms or can be termed as base of class 3 cavity.
