Ador CEO revealed that Newjeans members are emotionally suffering because of the Hybe versus Min Hee Jin drama. During the recent press conference, Min Hee Jin directly spoke about how the members have responded to the situation and honestly revealed they were having a hard time. She especially mentioned both minor members of the group, Hyein and Haerin, who seemed extremely emotional. According to Min Hee Jin, although Haerin is normally quiet, she chose to video call her to speak about what was happening. Hyein cried for 20 minutes on the phone. She cried because Min Hee Jin helped her when she had a hard time, but she could do nothing to help her. She even said she would turn on the phoning app and explain the situation. It isn’t surprising that the girls are feeling the impact of what is happening. Min Hee Jin also confidently stated that NewJeans’ plans will “continue as planned” and that they do not want to have to “suffer” because of Hybe. Even though ador is having a hard time functioning because Hybe confiscated their computers, they were allegedly not able to continue working properly.

Finally someone who understands. She says she thinks of the girls as their mother, but no "mother" would want to drag their own children into commotions like these and try to gain sympathy from others, which is exactly what MHJ is doing rn. That’s ONE of the big issues that min hee jin did! she fkn disclosed all confidential information of group members, trainees, families, etc. This is lady is a menace to the company and to many of the employees in the company, specially since her targets are YOUNG GIRLS that was obviously managed by adults which she should be blaming not the actual girls themselves. I don’t care what things she reveals that she thinks its justified because HYBE did this or that. The way she’s handling all of this is all wrong. Very wrong.

She calls them family like it’s her own kids but the fact is their REAL family is far away, not living with them, and MHJ can easily manipulate them because their real parents are obviously concerned for their own children. Family and work should be separate. Literally. I can’t deal with people blindly siding with MHJ just because “the members are siding with her”. No they’re NOT. They were fucking manipulated and groomed, don’t you dare continue to put these girls in danger by keeping them under the control of a woman who was willing to literally throw them under the bus and risk them getting blacklisted JUST because you want the members to be happy. People who were groomed in their youth endure profound psychological damage when it eventually catches up to them that their relationship with the ceo was entirely abnormal and psychological coercion. This damage can last a lifetime, especially knowing fans themselves would’ve contributed to the sentiment of keeping NJs under her control for the sake of their momentary happiness. Just foul. The girls deserve to be free, even if it hurts for a period and even if they go on hiatus (honestly likely), because I actually care about their long term psychological health. Why does it feel like MHJ has groomed the members? They're all young and influenceable children in a hard industry and she's crossed important workplace boundaries with them to an inappropriate level. She acts like she's their mother and treats them like children, but in reality she is their CEO and the members are her employees. It feels like she's purposefully created this bond between them to make herself look better and manipulate the girls into siding with her if a potentional situation like this might take place. Which it has. I'm not saying that the Nwjns members should have a side, in fact I believe them and their families should not be brought into the situation, especially on such a personal level. The girls are pretty much bound to MHJ and we can see the emotional turmoil that's been created because of this relationship. It's completely disgusting in my opinion of MHJ, and considering she's had a track record of even when she was working for SM of sexualising minors makes this so much worse. Overall, I feel so so sorry for New Jeans. This situation is not going to turn out well for them in the end no matter what. It'd be best if they were not dragged into it, but MHJ has made that possibility impossible. The general public would probably be happiest if they sided against their CEO based on what I've seen so far, but that's going to be so hard for them. MHJ has created a completely inappropriate relationship between herself and the members in the public eye. I am just disgusted.

There’s a difference between being caring and compassionate to your employees while being professional and totally treating these children (her employees) as if they’re her own and nurturing their bond beyond work. Repeatedly ingraining the idea to children that she’s the brain and the reason behind NewJeans’ success can influence these children to feel indebted to MHJ and might feel the need to not go against her despite the negative actions that she has done. These children are being taken advantaged (possibly manipulated) by an adult. I have explained it to you from a psychological perspective, so I hope you get what the main comment is saying. There are things that we don’t know about this issue, but it seems that you have been consistently siding with MHJ even in other videos about the issue. I’m not sure where your need to side with her is coming from given that we’re merely spectators of this issue between her and Hybe. Everyone has been vocal about just wanting the NewJeans members to be left out of the issue and not cause any more psychological turmoil. What they’re experiencing at a young age is not to be taken lightly considering how it can impact them in the future. Taking sides won’t end this drama, it will continue to fuel it. At the end of the day, it’s NewJeans who will be greatly affected by this issue, and we should be fighting for their protection as children who are new to this world of entertainment and business instead of choosing to support either one of the parties (MHJ or Hybe) who are both mainly doing this for business.

Gaslight?? Did you guys even watch the whole press conference?! CBO Min was the only one working for New Jeans' debut because HYBE wanted to push Lesserafilm. Bang promised Min that she would be given the creative freedom and support to create the first ever girl group of HYBE, but he didn't keep his word and basically used Min and threw her under the bus. Min even says to the press that when she was scouted by HYBE back in 2019, they made her sign an NDA, so she was not able to go into details about any of the controversies. You guys are delusional if you think a creative director (who's been in the industry for over 2 decades btw) is using her first ever group for clout and is somehow in the wrong. HYBE became a small chaebol company thanks to BTS, and Bang has officially lost his mind. (Although in Korea, he was already infamous as a greedy businessman who lost his senses). @Anyaaaah It's not just about the concept. It's the fact that Bang Si Hyuk of HYBE scouted Min Hee Jin, personally, for the purpose of creating their labels first ever girl group. Min worked on New Jeans' concept and picked out the members individually through auditions under her name, and Bang completely ruined their debut by coping NJ's entire concept so that the general public would be confused as to whether it was NJ or Illit. HYBE not only stole her concept ideas, but also choreography, photo concepts, debut date etc. He told Min to postpone NJ's debut and didn't promote the group whatsoever. Usually new groups get the chance to promote their album on Korean variety shows, interviews, etc outside of the main label's channels. If you watch the whole 2 hour long press conference Min had yesterday, you couldn't possible say she was "overreacting." HYBE was trying to milk Min Hee Jin for her ideas and tried to toss her when she whistleblowed, even going as far as confiscating the staff's PCs for a so called "internal investigation." 4 days before New Jeans' new album was planning on being released, and then had the audacity to tell the press "we are worried about New Jeans" BS. Watch the whole conference, it's absolutely infuriating and I hope HYBE gets turned inside-out this time. They need to checked for tax fraud and copyright infringement like yesterday.

MHJ brought up everything I said why Hybe hired her in the first place. It was for using her skills to produce girl groups. Bang PD had failed before. She mentioned in 2021 that NewJeans was going to be the first girl group to debut but Ji-woo Park changed his mind and brought in a new girl group all sudden in 2022. Very underdeveloped girl group without vocal lessons shall debut before NewJeans. Lesserafim is the most rushed girl group Hybe has ever debut. Illit comes next because they had very little time until debut and got no vocal lessons in the pre-debut. But they gave them privilege instead of crafting their skills for the debut. Hybe is really good at mismanaging their girl groups. If it wasn't for MHJ, NewJeans would have been underdeveloped as well. It was a wake-up call for Belift and Hybe when Illit got backlash for their encores. Now they refuse to let them sing in SBS radio studio and some Knetizens call them untalented. Hybe dug their own grave with this reputation for Illit. Comeback better be improved to silent naysayers. Still, it doesn't excuse for what MHJ is accusing for illegal actions. Hybe is no saint either. What I'm hoping after this drama is over Hybe change their policy and attitude towards girl groups to provide them heavy vocal training. MHJ leaves with NJ to start up her own subsidiary under Kakao. The latter has signed with Sony Music's Columbia Records last year to handle distribution of groups/artists from Kakao's subsidiaries in the US and Sony Music's Orchard to take care of distribution worldwide. NewJeans are being moved from Geffen to Columbia (Beyonce's label and before it was Michael Jackson when he was alive). Fanwars and negative hate towards Hybe artists will end. World peace! 💫

We can't be sure because Min signed an NDA, and technically she is legally obligated to stay silent on the matter. Plus all that mumbo jumbo about her talking to a shaman and bashing BTS is fake news spread by HYBE. There is no proof that such things happened except some poorly edited kakaotalk dialogues, but they were taken out of context and cropped to put Min in a bad light. She's already sued HYBE and Bang Si Hyuk for defamation, and her press conference was uploaded this morning, so all we can do is wait for the court ruling and HYBE's counteraction.

She is the one dragging them into this to garner sympathy for herself. If she really cared about them she would never be so willing to bring them into the fray everytime she opens up her mouth.

Making this issue public is already a mistake. Couldn't they have talked to each other maturely like real CEO/managers? I want this to end not because there's too much drama but because it's affecting NWJNS and ILLIT who shouldn't even be involved in this.
