It’s gorgeous! 🌸 Yes, I received the announcement email from Esterbrook, but my FOMO was extremely LOW at the time. I adored the pen in Ginger Peachy’s video and now you have me clicking on links to sign up for restock! Pink floral is totally me. The pen is beautiful. I’m glad you shared the BB. IF I purchase later that’s what I’ll get. Happy writing 🌸🖋
Loved the video, and always enjoy your content. Keep up the great work, I look forward to your next video. I have only found 2 other videos about this pen on YT... This pen is a limited edition. There will only be 500 pens, sold jointly by Bungubox and Esterbrook. To me this pen looks so delicate and girly, and It just called to me. I had to buy it... and this one will probably be the only Esterbrook I will own. My wish list has many other pens on it and I want them instead of another Estie. I am so glad I bought this pen and I think if there is a special pen of Esterbrook to own in the last couple years t it would be this pen... I love this Bungubox x Esterbrook - Kachofugetsu - "flower" Estie. I have mine in an extra fine nib. I have inked mine with a soft pink ink. I use Robert Oster Australian Opal Pink ink in my pen. It was my first Esterbrook and I am so glad I purchased it. I was lucky enough to find my Bungubox x Esterbrook Kacho Fugetsu Flower Estie through the Bungubox shop in Japan last month, just right after it's launch and it's sell out at Esterbrook... It seems they only have nibs left. And oh hey, your daughter has great taste in fountain pens. The explanation below about this pen was taken from Bujngubox's website In Japan, some people have had opinions that there will be a series of other Bungubox Estie pens to finish this collaboration. Bungubox writes about this pen on their website saying that: there are many beautiful words that have been used since ancient times to describe the beauty of nature. "Kachofugetsu" (Flower - Bird - Wind - Moon) is one of them. Inspired by this concept, the Kachofugetsu Flower Fountain Pen captures the essence of the Someiyoshino cherry tree in full bloom, with its barrel adorned with delicate blossoms. This is our very first collaboration with the iconic American fountain pen company, Esterbrook! We have always wanted to release a pen around the Kachofugetsu concept, and Esterbrook has stepped up to help us make this a reality. Our first release focuses on the "flower" (Ka) part of Kachofugetsu🌸 Crafted from beautiful semi-translucent crackled pink acrylic, the pen features gold accents and a signature gold plated nib bearing the Japanese character for "flower". The unique design allows you to see through to the printed converter, which is adorned with its own pretty pink blossoms.🌸 This pen is made with Esterbrook's flagship model, the Estie. The gold plated nib and trims add an elegance to the whole design.
Thank you for sharing this and you truly chose an amazing Estie to represent the brand in your collection. I'm glad I listened to my daughter - the pen is beautiful! 🌸
