The $20-30k landscaping estimate on that yard is somewhat reasonable before the July 1st ban California enacted on the use of gasoline powered landscaping equipment. You've got to hand it to these folks, they sure know how to stick it to the Hispanic landscapers. I don't know if any of the folks making that law realize just how impossible it is to commercially landscape with electric tools.
Electric equipment is really good, however … the technology isn’t there yet … batteries don’t last long enough .. not enough power etc. but electric drills and sawzalls and stuff are nice … I’m a irrigation guy , couldn’t imagine trying to use an electric trencher lol

AMEN. I work in landscaping, it’s literally not possible to work with electric machines out here. We work for 10 hours a day with commercial mowers, weed eaters, blowers, trimmers, you name it. Electric anything is not strong enough to do the jobs. We would have to stop after every yard to charge. The mowers wouldn’t cut AT ALL. It’s BS politicians are pushing this crap on us when 99% of them haven’t worked a day in their lives, let alone lawn care. It’s not possible. It will never be possible. Battery powered ANYTHING is a scam and garbage. We need gas and diesel.

Here in the UK it's common for adults to bring their kids to pubs. But from what I can gather American bars are far more adult orientated than UK pubs.
