After watching this video I purchased the Nexdigitron Prime dual & the DDPAI N1 dual for both my vehicles. Both the cameras are comparatively good. But I would suggest people to buy the DDPAI N1 dual because of the DDPAI app, as it works exceptionally well compared to the Gaadi CAM app of the Nexdigitron Prime dual. Out of 100 times that I tried to access the Gaadi app I could access it only 5 times which is very disappointing. God Forbid I meet with an accident I won't even be able to access the footage because of the app. Submitted an issue log on the app but No reply. The CPL fliter is useless as there is still a lot of glare.

Nextdigtron dual prime on sale for 6999. Never installed on vehicle. Reason for selling:- I bought venue N line N6 and now they are pre-installing dashcam in it and I purchased this before delivery 😅

Thanks for this detailed video, I will order Nextdigitron prime soon for my car..One query I have, for this setting dashcam and phone has to be in same car? For example, I initially installed gadicam app in my phone and connected to dashcam but in case someone else drive my car, and I was not there in the car, in that case in my phone loop video will get recorded?

Hello Bhaskar, Connecting smartphone to dashcam is required only for the first time to adjust the camera angle and to change or alter any settings. The videos recorded by the dashcam are stored in the sdcard which you insert into the dashcam and not in your smartphone. If someone else drives your car, then you can only access the dashcam after the car comes back to you. To connect the dashcam to your smartphone, both have to be very close to each other, generally inside the car.

will the OBD kit for this dashcam drain the car's battery when kept in parking mode for a long time?

It has automatic shut down feature which will disconnect battery power once the cut off voltage is reached. Hence battery won't be drained

Newer models have GPS logger built in. No separate logger .

I have been using this from last 1 month, satisfied with the product. One problem, I could hear audio on Gaadi app but when I open on laptop videos are playing but without audio. Any fix for this or was it built like that?

No. It's not built like that. You should hear audio even in laptop. Check the audio settings of your laptop. Try playing other audio/files to verify sound output. If you still don't get audio, open dashcam app settings and reset the audio/mic recording option.

Thank u, this helps One last question, i am stuck between 2 choices, 70mai a200 vs nexdigitron prime Prime has better camera and odb connection but a200 comes with screen Which one to choose? Also there is 4k option izi drive + which after card discount cones in near same price range, but hearing lot of app stability issues, is it still worth to go for upscaled 4k?

Prime is sort of more value for money. If having a screen is your absolute priority then go with A200, otherwise go with Prime.

Easy. It's not about brand, it's about my need/requirement. I prefer a 4K front dashcam with Starvis 2 sensor and a reasonably good dashcam for the rear. Should have GPS, and parking monitoring as well. These are my requirements. So based on this I can select either the VIOFO A229 Pro or the Plus variant. If it's too heavy on my budget, I can go with 70mai A810. So decide based on your requirements than the brand.

This is a newer product, so untested by anyone for long term. Hence giving an honest opinion will be difficult. Ideally it should last a long time considering all other dashcams which I have used till now have lasted me atleast 3 years or more and still working well

Not a drastic difference. In Prime you get GPS feature. In A200, you get a screen and HDR with 1080p footage. So it comes down to your priority.

Not mandatory. Only recommended. Dashcam will work normal even without accessories.

Nicely made video Covers almost everything i have this model, so my 2 cents Looks, adhesive,wire length etc all are upto satisfaction DISLIKES Video quality is abyssmal. 98% of number plates will be missed. Only 2% of vehivles bang in front of the camera will register their numbers. Dual channel helps only to make sure whose fault it was in case of an accident. Not for number tracing. So if number tracing is a MUST for you then pls skip this chinese garbage Not worth over 4000 though it sells for about 8500 and for 7999 at season discounts
