I am torn between Cape Town and J’Burg, at the moment. For the last 10yrs I have holidayed, at least once a year in SA, and I must say flying in from London each time, I am convinced that I must relocate to SA. The fact that I can run my businesses from any where in world, based on the fact that; All I need is a high speed internet connection. Your videos are a continuous reminder that… I must make haste!
Cape Town is the location for your, although it is very similar to London in infrastructure, it still is very much South African, so you will feel home away from home

You can just stay in Cape Town, and keep it there, because there is so many beautiful properties and locations, it is a breathtaking city, picturesque. You should also do some of the houses in Bloubergstrand, Constancia, The Vineyards, Wine Estates
This to me is the most luxurious property that you have viewed it has some international standards and I'm loving the small details from the golden toilet paper holder to the had crafted door handles

It's a pity the pool blocks the view of the Ocean when sitting in the living room or lying in bed. The only way to enjoy the ocean and the horizon is standing or from the pool itself. For me that's a design miss. Beautiful apartment though.
I think he is doing a good job stating every feature in detail, its not just entertaining but informative. There are lot of Architectural and Decor terms i have learned which i will use in a very near future working on my own project.
