I can watch your videos all day, they are lovely. I even subscribed. What I learnt is that a peaceful Sunday, is the one where I have peace with my neighbour. The beautiful view doesn't make peace but our behaviour makes peace. Keep rocking, I will keep watching more videos...
Just a bit of critique from an architectural technologist its so distracting when you get terminology wrong. What told be great is if you look at the house before hand and just look at key features and talking points and memorize them. But really good effort man keep the videos coming
To summarise my unpopular opinion. 1) The rooms are cringe in their layout and storage placement 2) There is no yard which will most likely reduce the price of the home. Another thing, modern architecture is not wrong with it's minimalistic approach the problem comes with over simplification and detail. It'll be nice to have less of the grey color and more wooden furniture that is warm, so that it has a little bit of character. I also don't understand the ping pong table in front of the couch set. looks good from outside. but I would have made it 3 floors with higher ceilings. too much glossy finishes, needs more natural textures. Spaces looks small. that circular window is arkwardly close to the wall.
Some videos from this channel showcase quite a few homes that are starkly furnished or not at all. Why aren't these properties properly staged? How does buyer envision decor with nothing but empty rooms? Realtor invested no effort into presentation, which is disappointing for the selling price. Remove drapes/curtains, replace with stacking room-width glass doors. Drapes are so 70s. The structure and design might be ok, but unimpressive. 😔
The camera man/lady needs some training.. Why does he he/she not zoom out/ in focus when u give a description of sea views from the windows?? Instead he/she leaves one wondering...
Great video guys....But the home is not that impressive...I've seen better houses on the channel for a lower price than this...but keep up the great work..
The architect of this estate is nice but the interior to me is just boring,especially the master bedroom, very dissappointing though....they could have done better
