Hey Susan - Yea unfortunately they do take out a ton where they are building. Once they are established they start growing. I wish they would leave some too. Many are where they take out for timber too like here in Nexton.
@@CharlestonAreaLiving I’m pretty good at hearing it. Yours is a little hard to hear but I had a feeling. I’m hoping to move up their from Florida. I’ve been here in Clearwater for 35 yrs. Just has gotten too expensive. We are thinking next spring. We have some home repairs etc and want to take out time getting ready and I have some credit to fix. Do you think interest rates will go down. ?? Is Steel city pizza a Steelers bar. This is a priority question. Lol
