Most players are already FifPro license approved because PES is supposed to have player licenses otherwise they cannot even feature Country League or cups, world cup etc. also or UEFA in past for example for UEFA EURO. So rating in PES is also accurate and no, license has nothing to do with what fifa or pes puts rating for their players... where did u got that info that fifa has correct rating and pes dont???
