I have decided to start my Day with your videos as I found just yesterday. I used to see receipes on TV when my kids where small now I am a Grandmother. I have written almost all receipes in my book tried most of them and was appreciated a lot by family and friends. Alhamdulillah now I can watch here and try them In Sha Allah. I am not a Malyalee knew only few words but now Alhamdulillah my Malyalam has improved too seeing receipes in Malyalam. Jazakallahu Khairan Kaseeran.

ഇത് കോഴിക്കോട്ടുകാർ പണ്ടു മുതൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതാണ് അന്ന് അടുപ്പിൽ. സാധാരണ ഒരു ചെമ്പിൽ ആണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കാറ് ചെമ്പിന്റെ മുടിയിൽ(അടുപ്പ്) അത് പരന്നതായിരിക്കും അതിന്റെ മുകളിൽ തീ കണൽ വെച്ചിട്ടാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കാറ്. അതിന് നെയ് പത്തിരി എന്നാണ് പറയാറ്
