You know me...Purple stuffs...I must have! :D Tradition dictates that the coloured versions of Yokomo's drift machines will be Limited Edition, sadly without numbers married to them. Still, I will always opt for the coloured version of something if given the choice. This time around there are bits included that were not previously (optional extra) with this 2nd batch of the MD 1.0 kits and the price has been reduced (good but also stings as I was an early adopter). This unboxing video I think is the longest one I've done, it sure felt like it when I finished lol. Regardless I am a happy owner of another purple drift machine :D My MD 1.0 Black has be upgraded to 4 Gear Mode and since this Purple version has arrived the Black will be put up for sale. EDIT: Slide rack is adjustable, I had a brain fart and totally forgot lol. Front bearing moves a few millimetres to adjust slide rack tightness. Previous Yokomo slide racks used 3 cam style screws on the 3 bearings for adjustment and the MD 1.0 slide rack uses a single adjustment point of one standard screw mounted bearing that moves back and forth.
