This song cuts deep I wasn’t an addict but I did try to overdose on pills to stop the pain of my depression. My son was so small and I knew he would he better off without me. I was wrong of course I’ve received help but to know I almost left my sons motherless is my greatest regret

This song hits home on so many levels as a 12 year old until I was 18 living under a table at a flea market because his mom was an addict and chose meth and pills over her kids I feel this song deep but I chose to rise up from it and have my own family now 6 wonderful children and I can’t imagine doing this to my kids

Today at 28 yrs old my mom still chooses pills, sex, and other drugs over my brother and I, so this song means everything to me, she isn't dead but the person who was supposed to be my mother is long gone! She actually got me addicted as well, I take my part of responsibility but it was made accessable to me by her, I love her to this day but she is toxic and we can be in the same room together!

Congrats you made it through! You should try a upbeat one before goin into therapy session. If suggest warm up or all I do! Bit if info . the ebd if the song he just had everyone leave the studio and sat there and talked to his mom through tears. His producer asked if he was sure he wanted to put it out after it was all done and he said yes that it was the most cathartic thing he's ever done and if it can help others going through then why would he not out it out. Music is his therapy but you will soon see that. Yes continue the journey!

Hers an updated viewing order Warm Up to give a break from the heaviness. Then Therapy Session & Real off therapy session album. Grindin’ optional. Then on to Perception album. Intro 3, Outcast, Let You Down, Outro. Optional songs- Green Lights, Destiny. Then singles since then. Why, No Name. If he doesn’t have a new album by then there’s plenty of smaller songs if you still have NF fever at that point.
