I've been to a lot of concerts in my life, but I took my son to see him live last year and it was incredibly unique. There was no look or crowd type there. It ranged from younger kids with their parents to couples in their 40's-50's there with no kids and every race and look in between. People that looked like they belonged at a metal concert or a country concert and of course hip hop heads. It was unbelievable the mish-mash of styles that were all there to support one artist. It was an outstanding concert, but when he did this song, you realized just how many people he has touched. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was on their feet with their right arm raised going back and forth in the same rhythm and was singing along. I've seen crowds in sync before for a known song, but for a song that I haven't heard on the radio and with a crowd so diverse, you could just feel how much this song meant to everyone.
I was able to take my 11 year old daughter to his concert last fall and I agree 100% with everything you just said. It was such a great concert, atmosphere, and this song was so powerful.
I completely agree! It was excellent! I took my 11 & 13 year old grandsons and my country fiance'. I noticed the huge diversity as you're describing. I have missed really good rap for so long. Nate is something really special. My grandsons loved it. Such a talented young man blessed by God! Plus, it was refreshing to take my grandsons to a RAP concert and we left feeling great without any negativity; cussing, bitch bombs, etc.
Took my 8 year old son to see Nate in September for his first concert. We are both HUGE NF fans. I cannot describe the feelings I had when this song came up and every single person in the crowd was signing along. Bro I had goosebumps on my goosebumps lmfao.
I always say, the more pausing the better, if I wanna listen to the song I’d just go listen to the song! 🤣😂 Good stuff, looking forward to more NF and Andy!
Did you notice in the chorus he says “Just in case MY car goes off the highway”, implying that some things are your fault as you control your car, then he says “if the plane that I get on decides it’s my last day” implying there are also things that happen to us are out of our control. Either way there are millions just like you.
Greatest reaction, in my opinion, to this song and I’ve seen a whole lot of reactions. Pause as much as you like, you always have something good to say. Thank you.
No need to rush to get nf content out we know life happens. But one of my favs because of how strong the message is to keep going because man times are tough. Great reaction, can’t wait for more!!!
Warm up is a very good song of him too. It doesn't really something to do with the journey, it's more like an interlude between Therapy Session and Perception but it's 🔥🔥 you really should react to it and pls continue the mixtape. There's a bar you didn't get cause you haven't listened yet to "story" (another song in the mixtape) hope you get it later
Loved this and that’s a joke my two favs. I may have missed it on your playlist but in the search Nathan asked you to check out his song about the changes he’s making. Maybe you hit it and I didn’t see but if you didn’t it’s actually called Change, it’s on the search and it is a must listen to. One of my personal favorites. Thank you. Loved your reaction as always, so many reactors are not at all respectful of Nate. They aren’t fans and don’t like the music, and hey if NF ain’t what they like ok. They need to stop using him to boost their numbers. You however are always respectful. Of course that’s cause you truly enjoy his music and it shows. All the same, Thank you.
Commenting again in hope you’ll see it before a certain song 😅😅 “Love your reactions bro, especially your NF ones. Can you do Paid My Dues next?! It actually comes before the mixtape in the journey. It was a single release that he just ended up including a year later on the mixtape”
Also, I’ve never found a reaction channel that read the Rolling Stones article that Paid My Dues is responding to. I’d love to see you read through and give us your personal thoughts on it along the way. Might make for a longer video so it might not be something you’re willing to do but just letting you know I’d be interested 😊
OOOOOOOOHHHHHH!!! I've been waiting for this one!! My 8 yr old granddaughter asks for this EVERY time she gets in my truck! She's been through some stuff... it's her feel good song I think.
