NFC East 2024 NFL Draft Grades 

The Cowboys are weird in the sense that it doesn't feel like they draft very well, but the one or two draft picks they do hit on every year are just absolute stud All-Pro level guys. Never feels like there's any middle ground to their drafts.

I wish we could draft like the Eagles.

Howie Roseman just operates at a different level than other GM's. To get the players they did and to walk away with future capital, unreal. Oh and add Barkley just to add salt to the wound. Giants had a good draft but Philly and Washington had much better drafts. This division is going to be very tough. Giants schedule is brutal and while our roster is much better I don't feel like it will move the needle much regarding our record. I think we will be more competitive with fewer blowouts so in more games but the wins will be hard to get.

The pace of pumping out content is crazy. Great job guys

Eagles Roseann probably made their 1st round pick CB Q. Mitchell in direct response to NYG drafting Nabers.

I really like the Eagles draft too and think Mitchell can be a CB1. I’m not as high on DeJean as you guys, but overall they had an awesome draft. You know Hunt is going to become a force just because they always do with them. Also, how much differently would you guys feel about the Giants draft if the run on Corners in R2 hadn’t happened and they got Melton and then a safety in the 3rd. I watched Philips eval and his range of outcomes seems very wide, although there seemed to be a major falloff after him so I’m glad they got him where they did

So the last two Eagles drafts were evaluated in the same way and they haven't exactly panned out as predicted yet. Obviously past drafts were very good. But I think they get graded high because they are very close to consensus.

I liked the Eagles draft which pissed me off, and I liked the first 3 picks from Washington but the rest of the draft was meh, I like Brandon Coleman but I had him as a Guard not as a Tackle, and they still have an issue at RT and the funny thing is they want to play Brandon Coleman at LT which I get because he has experience there but his feet are so slow for a tackle which is why I had him as a Guard

So with the new kick off, if you are a UFL fan also, which used this new rule for the past couple of seasons. You know how much this new kick off changes the game, as it is played way different then the old one. Kickers job not only is harder, but returns will give better starting positions, and the returners job is more like a running backs game, but best of all is the fact the returning teams can scheme up kick off return plays such as reversals and picks to open lanes for the return. The special teams portion of the NFL is much more important now, having a bad kick return game can now lose a game for a dominant team. Just watch the STL Battle Hawks of the UFL this season, you will get it after understanding. So who is each teams new and now very important kick returner. Everyone missing this point will be sorry, and there will be teams that are supposed to be good this year, but will have a bad special teams thinking like old, and have losses stacked up because of it. They need to remove the extra point now and do the scaled system to complement the kick off.

I like Nubin and Andru the CB in the third but why did we not trade up in the second and get a top end CB like Kool-Aid, or Cooper Dejean, or Rakestraw JR???? Trade up and give the 2nd and 3rd……that’s what separates the Giants from the eagles. And I hate to say that because I’m a die hard Giants fan.

Eagles draft great. We draft like doo-doo.. witness how no one drafts RBs in round 1.. like SB @#2.
