The barton pick was a homerun pick. This makes at least 4 of the 5 linemen drafted in rounds 1/2. It has the potential to be top 3-5 o line in the league with one of the best wr duos (very dangerous wr 3-4 as well) and a solid rb room that can also catch the ball. Pair all that with a new OC from the sean mcvay tree. On paper, this was a masterclass from the bucs.
Bucs fan. I’m not upset or surprised Tampa didn’t take a CB. Coach has spoken highly of Zion and he’s a major reason they traded Davis. I believe they are content with going in this season with what they have on the roster and really wanted to upgrade the parts of a bigger need.
Bucs fan as well. My only issue with the secondary is Dean can't stay healthy. Solid depth there would have gone a very long way. McMillan I'm excited about if he can learn behind Godwin and Evans this year he can do very well in coming years.
@@raadmehdi6860 facts for the first time in long time Tampa will have the ability to go 4 wide and a both backs would be excellent out the backfield for check downs.
@@Hertacles that’s why they brought in those two free agent corners with starting experience. I don’t think they had any plans of drafting a CB in the first
the tampa GM already said the traded the starting CB because they drafted a 5th round pick last year who is gunna start this year and tykee smith is gunna play slot corner early on and take over SS in a couple years...
@@raadmehdi6860 cooper at 26 and Haynes at 57 is better than Barton at 26 and tykee Smith at 89 addresses the same need dejean does with much less draft capital maybe something else early and Haynes 2nd but the edge rushers available at 26 weren't worth that pick and neither is a slot corner imo
@@raadmehdi6860 Yeah, I know. Why would they want a QB at 14? We needed O-Line idk why the saints wanted at 14, could’ve drafted a Defensive End at 14 or a Defensive Tackle but that’s what the saints needed
