Great info. Building the NFCU relationship as we speak. You're one of the influencers on RU-vid that got me into NFCU and rebuilding my credit. From the mid five hundreds to the mid seven hundreds, everything's going great. Thank you
All of these civilians getting into our banking services, USAA has also had a drop in customer satisfaction. They need to more strict we get these benefits for because we served and everyone does not deserve them.
I'm a civilian who's cousin served and I'm a member. We as black people don't deserve to be discriminated against when it comes to mortgages. So there's that.
We are actually probably helping out a lot. The more money navy fed has circulating in the banking system they better they can assist their customers. Now where I do agree with you is the people who don’t have any family affiliation with navy fed and are blatantly lying just to take advantage I agree they have to go. But as for someone like me who’s grandfather fought in desert storm and isn’t with us anymore I do take pride in being able to have an account with them. They are my main bank. I have my direct deposit with them money in my accounts including multiple savings and contribute to their products. I do think that they need to make sure they are getting the right people but for people like me who tried to serve and couldn’t but have multiple family members that have fought for this country that can vouch for me it’s not so black and white
I've been with Navy Federal for sixteen years and I got in through my son and he's never been in any of the armed forces. I have two credit cards, $28,000 and $26,000 and three personal loans with them.
Navy FCU will allow consolidations, move limits and product changes. It is easy. I have been with NFCU for over 13 years as have other members of our family and nobody has had their credit limit just lowered.
They’ve raised mine periodically without me even noticing. I got the cash rewards shortly after I enlisted start with a 2k limit and next thing I new my limit was 9.5k… I have mixed feelings about it.
I read many books saying NFCU is the best for personal banking and doesn’t have any major banking violations. I applied in person with my marine dad so idk the online application at all. The beginner credit cards are really good as the everyday green card is at 1.75% cash back and the higher end credit cards are not that interesting besides the Amex card
If i was looking into an autoloan and another credit card with nfcu, which would you do first? Currently have one old autoloan and one cc with nfcu(have had 2 personal loans with them as well) with a floating 750avg score Would requesting a new card lower/raise the apr for the autoloan(obviously cause the previous hard pull/lower apr). Or would I have a better chance apr if I did the auto loan first, then the cc. Im not looking for high limits, just want another year+ of zero apr, as my chase promo is ending. Could I manufacture my own cc limit? If I put 30k into a secured card, and just wait for it to it to graduate into an actual card?
Very informative video sir Nam 😊.. Im working in a healthcare industry as a nurse, can I open a Navy Federal acct and credit card account? I dont have any relatives with military history 😢..
Hi Naam I have a question for you about my NFCU GoRewards Prepaid card. Is there a way that I can transfer funds from my NFCU Credit Cards Directly to my NFCU GoRewards Prepaid card to my NFCU Checking account or do I have to withdraw the funds as Cash and then deposit them into my NFCU Checking account ? I also want to fund my Stock Trading account...can I do that directly with the NFCU GoRewards PrePaid card ...or do I again, have to take the funds as cash and then deposit them into my NFCU Checking account and then fund my Trading account ? *You Rock Dude !* *FJB !*
Should i ask for credit limit increase on 2 Nfed cards at the same time or should i split the time up every 3 to 6 moths individually? Thanks Naam your very helpful!
