What the NFL HAS to do is call the targeting/unnecessary roughness on the offense too. I HATE how they only call it if a defense of player is doing his job and accidentally (a lot of the times it is) hits someone above the shoulder. A lot of these players in offense lower their helmets into defense of players trying tackle them and refs don’t seem don’t care(only time I saw it was called on an offense of player was when josh jacobs hit that falcons dude I think)
