I'm raising a voice because the NFL has crossed the line this year in taking away games from fans with effort to force subscription TV, rather than airing on major networks, which are available to everyone, through means such as free over the air antenna TV. I just found out I can't watch my team Detroit Lions vs Green Bay this week, Thursday night, unless I want to buy an amazon prime subscription. The NFL should NOT be a privileged endeavor for people with $, rather than for the general public to have a team to follow, which is what it is becoming with trying to FORCE useless TV subscriptions as the only way to watch. I just finished college & I'm trying to start a business. I'm not sitting around watching TV & don't want subscription services & have no $ for one if i did. This is WRONG. The NFL has lost all class as an American entity for the public to watch the teams of your hometown state. How far you going to go to push fans away from wanting to watch your games? Boycott the NFL. Have you ever considered that maybe the NFL has a massive fan base, only due to the fact they put across the idea that they are a 'public' team, representing a city/ state. They would not have such a massive fan base otherwise, if it were all about a private market entity. But when it comes to access to airing the games, now they want to be an exclusive club, & not care of all those fans of that city/ state.
