Football players get applauded for taunts, and get penalized. Hockey players get applauded for fighting and holy shit the draw a 5 minute major for it as well. You are obviously uneducated in hockey or sports. Taunting someone is unsportsmanlike and should be dealt with as such. In College you can’t even celebrate even on a huge play in football or it’s unsportsmanlike which is absurd.
@@donkojinho6567 Because the NFL is run by a bunch of assholes who want you to become a soul dead conformist. Players should be allowed to celebrate however the fuck they want imo.
In retrospect, the Isaiah Crowell taunt is funny for the fact that the Browns manage to come back and win thus making the taunt essentially all for naught.
You are right. Ray Lewis said "its a grown mans game". All these flags for nothing are ruining the game. These are not kids and get paid well to entertain. If you have thin skin or are afraid to get hit go do something else.
Probably bc y'all wanna bitch and complain about Burfict and Suh who are just simply aggressive players that football needs but y'all are too pussy fo real football y'all are playing pussyball.
It's pretty bad that throwing a peace sign will get you flagged, Tyreek Hill had done that a few times before and it was never flagged. ***A lot of these flags are because of the refs ego, not the players.***
I feel as long as the taunt or the celebration isn't offensive then let them have their fun. I mean whats the big deal, is the NFL afraid that the celebrating or taunting player will hurt someone's feelings. Come on most football players are big tough men, they can handle a little taunting.
Ricky Rex These are grown ass men, they should be able to decide whether they want to show sportsmanship or not. If players don’t wanna be taunted, PLAY BETTER
@@danieljames4598 you do know that these people are on national TV and are under contract Let's be realistic here. Alot of children act like nfl and NBA players. The NBA is already really edgy on the lack of sportsmanship. Respect is something that should be displayed by grown ass men they are role models
Football players are so self serving when they get to the nfl.. it’s no longer about the team but about getting their throws and their pride. This is why I don’t watch anymore.
@Bob Bob bullshit , these players today have turned this once great American sport into a cheap WWE knockoff , with the juvenile celebrating and cheap gyrations and taunts , I was never a Paul Brown fan , but he summed it up quite well , “Act like you’ve been here before “ Way too much street corner garbage .
"Hey, I just made this awesome play and kept you from getting a first down, but I can't control myself, so I trash talked right in front of the official and gave you the first down and more. You're welcome!" Some of these idiots need to cool their egos.
@Gage King Being excited yes. I think they should be allowed to celebrate amongst themselves. It's when they start goading the other team and trash talking that it's inappropriate.
@Gage King Personally I miss when the guys could actually play and make hits without being flagged for everything. It was much more entertaining. But the fact is that the rules of the game are different now and doing stupid shit like he did cost his team.
I really have no fucking clue what you're on about. Players were way dirtier with their taunts in the past. You're just goddamn delusional if you think the athletes of this era are any worse than those of previous eras.
I chuckled at a lot of them. I'll admit some were pretty funny and I enjoyed them, but I agree that they should be kept away from sports. We don't want these types of celebrations to become rampant.
