Every human being has a right to self defense. A woman or smaller man is capable of great physical harm, too. This attitude has bred a culture of raising girls to think it is alright to assault men, and there will be no consequences. While simultaneously raising boys to feel shame, or worse, to expect violence from other men for defending themselves. Being physically smaller is not a factor in the law. It's not a factor in warfare. It's only a factor for weak men who are willing give up their basic human rights to appeal to arbitrary social acceptance.
Good job justifying yourself to hit women. It’s easy to stop them or remove yourself from their presence. Plus it simply doesn’t hurt when they hit you. Defending yourself doesn’t mean you hit back you can wrap them up and stop the attack without hurting them.

There is nothing in the law itself which considers those factors. The definition of assault, manslaughter, murder, etc do not include factors of physique or physical ability.

I was raised to never put hands on a women, there were moments that a got pushed to the limit. Found the best way to handle the situation is to leave. If a woman is getting to you, leave before your breaking point. Women, don't push your man, you know how to push those buttons, you can walk away also.

What it all comes down to is "not having the little head do the thinking for the big head!" I know that's hard for most men to understand, but it's true. First of all, most men put themselves in a volatile situation to start with, because they're too lazy to get to know a woman and what she's all about in the first place (read the signs). If men want to subject themselves to finding out about a woman "after" they get married, then it's too late. There are "all kinds of excuses" to be with someone, but damn, there are all/many ways to never let a bad situation happen in the first place! Many will criticize and laugh at me, but I'm a happily married man to a wonderful woman for over 36 yrs. There's more to it, but this is a good starting spot.

When I was in elementary school, there was a girl who hit me or clawed with her long fingernails every day during recess.
