With the Gerald McCoy addition along with Kawann Short and Dontari Poe, Brian Burns on the edge, the best MLB in football (that’s Kuechly) leading a defense with Shaq Thomson and two underrated corners; Bradberry and the real action Jackson and Eric Reid at safety, there’s no reason Carolina shouldn’t be B tier. Safety does require some improvement however.
The best defense goes from A to C lmao. Should be at least a B. Suggs ,Z smith and b urban pass rush and leadership will be replaced by tim williams, tyus bowser, j ferguson, shane ray and pernell mcphee. Eric weddle got replaced by earl thomas. The only big loss is cj mosley who was overpaid and will be replaced by kenny young and patrick onwuasor.
Evan Yuan Yes earl is great one of the best Safety’s all time, but he is injury prone and getting older, I understand he had surgery to get less injury, but from what I heard the surgery could lessen his playable activity

We have the best DLine in football, good at Linebacker ever since we signed Zach Brown, great at safety with Malcolm Jenkins, Rodney McLeod, and Andrew Sandejo. You said we were ranked 30th against the pass, but did you ever consider that we were littered with injuries in the secondary? Now we have Rodney back, Ronald Darby back who was playing really well up to his injury. Jalen Mills also got injured. And while we had two rookies starting they vastly improved by the end of the year, and Avonte Maddox is actually a stud who is entering his second year. And I didn’t even mention Sidney Jones who could have a break out year. I would’ve taken a B, BUT A D!! On the same tier with the fucking Giants, Buccs, Chiefs, and Cardinals? I’m done. And I watched your Power Rankings video also, and you had the Bears, Browns, and Cowboys all ranked above us lmfao. Other teams I could understand, but I guarantee that if anyone outside our fan base looked at our roster up to down they would realize that we have the best roster in the league.

Wright, and Tedrick Thompson and Shaquille Griffith missed games, also we should be the best defense in the NFL because McDougald and Griffin showed great promise, also for almost half the year are entire d-line outside of Clark were basically rookies or sophomores!
