Super Bowl LVII featured the Kansas City Chiefs versus the San Francisco 49ers. Let’s make fun of it. Nothing is safe. From the players to Usher’s halftime performance to announcers Jim Nantz and Tony Romo. We’ve roasted every week of the 2023 NFL season and so must we roast the Super Bowl.
Kyle Shanahan and quarterback Brock Purdy lead the Niners. A roster chock full of stars like Christian McCaffery, Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, and Brandon Aiyuk. But even some of the lesser known names like Jauan Jennings were going to see some very important action.
On the Chiefs side it was Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes. Travis Kelce and Chris Jones were to be key factors as well. The Chiefs roster didn’t have quite as many standouts but as Tony Romop pointed out, the Chiefs were still the Chiefs. And they were looking for back-to-back titles.
Some highlights of this game included Usher’s half-time performance, Travis Kelce barking at Andy Reid like a junkyard dog, and whether Kyle Shanahan or his players knew what the new overtime rules were.
