We asked LA Chargers wide receivers Keenan Allen and Quentin Johnston the same questions to see how an NFL rookie & vet would answer differently after doing the same interview. The two wideouts share the best plays of their careers, give their list of who’s the most underrated receiver in the league, describe playing in front of celebrities like Barry Sanders and LeBron James, and share lessons of what they’ve learned from a life of football.

He’s not that guy unfortunately. When you watch his college film it’s evident. He isn’t going to be able to fill Allen’s shoes which seems like their going to push on him next year when they release allen

I respect both of these young men but Keenan is "SPECIAL" and definitely belongs in the pantheon of great Chargers players who carried themselves with class and dignity, were selfless and team oriented, multi-talented, devoted leaders with a sense of humor and purpose, Q hopefully will follow in Keenan's footsteps on his way to the Hall of Fame!

Thank you to Charger SM Team and to Quentin & Keenan for being so open. Keenan has such a well-rounded character. To watch him so relaxed and accomplished on the The Voice" as well as on the field is inspiration. I hope his team mates appreciate him. Quentin will quickly gain strength and wisdom of life and football with Keenan.

The emotional toll this team puts on us is insane. But, it's almost addictive. I have a lot of gray hairs at 23, but now, if we win big such as the last two games, it's almost like a missing fix 😂

Imagine having the best Chargers team statistically in history and not being able to make it past the AFC Championship. Keenan Allen is my favorite wide receiver just the way he route runs is a form of art people say he’s a Veteran he sure don’t look like that on the field dude is top 5 in receiving this year so far and is so underrated prolly the only consistent WR who don’t get talked about a lot .

3:05 as a hawks fan, thank you. The only reason I started getting into football was L.T. and Shaun Alexander. My father was born and raised in Alaska, the closest teams were the Seahawks and SuperSonics. Seahawks and Chargers are my favorites every season; I lean on Seattle because I’ve lived in Montana for 11 years, but, San Diego introduced me. As an Oregon Alumni, I wish Herbert all the best. Wish I could fish with him.

Being sort of a younger fan, Keenan was the first player I watched get drafted on our team. I was 13. Watched him when he wanted to quit for not getting playing time, the Broncos leaping TD, the Cowboys juking TD, the Catch vs the steelersz the list goes on. The hardest part when someone plays for the team as long as Keenan has, is you feel like you're close to them. Like they're family. And while he's still a massive part of this offense, at 31, it's really going to hurt seeing him off.

@@dandeitch3459mike ain’t going nowhere. Neither Johnston or Palmer can fill their shoes even closely. If telsco or the new gm if they fire telsco (which they should) tries to he’s going to learn the hard way. They still haven’t found a real replacement for either of them

Lol your crazy. This team does not have the players to win a SB. Go look who’s playing CB for them and you’ll know why. Also Wr’s lining up next to Allen are not good enough. This team is literally so far from a real SB run it’s sad. Johnston was a bust and will never be able to replace Allen, Palmer can’t even replace Mike and the CB’s are undrafted free agents or 6th rounders beside tiny Asante Samuel. Bosa and Mack are washed up and will be worse next year. Time to bring a new GM in and restart building

He gonna be around for 2 more yrs I think. Agree we need a reset as in new GM and HC and getting rid of some contracts we need a gm that's ballsy and does what it take to improve or own up to mistakes sooner then later

Can already tell this will be Allen’s last year. Gm is definitely gonna take the Out option on Allen’s contract and their going to try and force Johnston to be the #1 guy but sorry he ain’t that guy
