Hey Marcus, just a heads up, Matt Canada was fired after the browns game. Pickett's only played against the bengals and half the cardinals game without Canada
Kyle Hamilton is basically if you took Isaiah Simmons body, stuck Troy Polamalu's head on it, and slapped the "safety" label on him acting like he's not literally just the Cordarrelle Patterson of defense.
THANK YOU for this roster. i love playing franchise, but it’s to the point where i only prefer to play it if i’m using your roster or editing it myself. i know how time consuming it is and even if it’s for a game, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. it’s so beneficial to people like me.
Does he upload his roster to madden 24? Ive watched every video of his for a minute and checked patreon, and unless I keep missing it in the intro it would be awesome to use these rosters.
@@jvwilliamsyes he just reuploaded the updated roster today since it was the season finale! filter by most recent uploads and you’ll see his file pop up.
Lighting Lamar up at 39:40 for that pass to Likely is crazy when Josh Allen did that shit every single game. It was a bad pass in a desperate situation, and it wasn't the only reason they lost the game.
a request for these vids going forward could you maybe add a (R) to the rookies for the year? think it would be cool to have that notated & easy to see how all the rookies did that year. great vid Warcus keep it up
I am with you on the Ravens needing o-line and lineman in general on both sides of the ball. Stanley is regressing and we still do not have a standout edge rusher. Other than that, we need CB/WR. Only Zay Flowers as a good receiver does not cut it and Marlon needs another CB opposite of him that you can trust. Stephens is fine but nothing to write home about.
Another not as Apple was statistically better than Chedo last year too. Not a Chedo hater but he's been on the decline. Our defense was tough with CTB and Apple starting.
Dude you really need to get off Kenny Pickett's sack. The dude is absolute trash, he didn't deserve another shot at the starter's role for that playoff game, and he isn't crappy because of Matt Canada. Pitt would have been run out of that Bills playoff game had Pickett started over Mason. Also, Mason did not "stink up" that playoff game. 56%, 230 yds, 2 TD's and 1 pick in the endzone that, if completed, would have made this game REAL interesting as it would have been a 4 point game with 5 minutes left. Sure he wasn't Mahomes, but who is? You say Mason's a back-up level player...then Pickett is substantially worse than that. Glance at their career stats, Mason beats Pickett across the board. Pickett's played in 25 games in his career so far, Mason at 21. Mason's career completion percentage is 1% higher, has 6 more TD's, 2 fewer picks, 0.4 Y/A better, an 87 QB rating compared to Pickett's 79, and wins games at a 65% clip compared to Picketts 58% game win rate...all with the same players. And it's not like Kenny's tearing it up as a rusher. 3.0 yards per carry rushing compared to Mason's 2.3. Cannon arm or not, Mason's is still stronger than Kenny's. I'll trust Mike Tomlin's judgement of who should start over you're armchair assessment. I'm telling you, that playoff game would have been WAY worse for Pitt with Kenny starting.
@@xXForgottenFallXxgive one reason why Lamar as an individual actually deserved to be the MVP this year. Because if it had to give it to a QB, CJ Stroud had a stronger case based on the criteria.
@@zackhurwitz9441 Lamar fundamentally changes the way defenses approach the game because you have to account for him in ways you don't with any other players. He does things that can't be quantified on a table with numbers. He can make the hard throws, gash you with his legs, and now after the Chiefs game, also receive his own passes for a 1st down.
@@xXForgottenFallXxShit, just give him the MVP every season regardless of how he actually plays then... Allen and Mahomes fall into the same conversation if that's the case. Allen is a superior QB in the playoffs as well. Did Lamar elevate a team that was previously at the bottom of it's division? No, in fact the ravens won the #1 seed, and 6 games without LJ scoring a TD. Whilst Stroud was having the most productive passing games of the year with a rookie HC, play caller and weapons that Ravens fans would be making excuses for Lamar for if they had them. Not to mention an offensive line with injuries to key starters nearly every week.
Likely is 6'5 and knew where the ball would be to high point. It's a throw you can make into coverage. It was textbook PI. He's being tackled to the ground while that ball is being picked. Super disappointing take. Bias acknowledged on my part.
First off I want to say that as a browns fan you’re being wayyyy too generous with watson’s rating lol, he has been awful aside from 2 quarters vs the ravens. Also I think 74 is extremely generous for Ford, as you mentioned Cleveland is a very RB friendly system and if you take out the 2 70+ yard runs from ford that were extreme outliers he averaged like 2.5 yards a carry and looked clueless with the ball, that being said he’s a fine #2 and a decent receiver out of the backfield but in no scenario should he be a starter. Also I think JOK is a bit too low, he was arguably the 2nd best player on the defense this past season
Watson was great against Arizona and Tennessee wym brother? He was bad against Bengals in the rain and bad against Pittsburgh, but the INT was the receiver's fault, he still put up 235 and a TD
@@georgebarsan5890 there’s a HUGE difference between having decent stats and actually playing great, if you watch both of those games again he was average at best and both of those teams are picking in the top 10 of the draft for a reason, because they’re bad. I’m not willing to have blind faith in a guy based on his defense beating two bottom 7 teams in the NFL. Additionally this is a guy who deserves no benefit of the doubt for his off the field issues. You can say he played well in those 2 games but saying he played “great” is a massive overstatement, outside of the Baltimore game (where btw he was god awful in the first half and nearly cost us the game and he needed to be perfect to get himself out of the hole he dug the team) did he even once look as in command of the offense as Joe Flacco did in his 5 weeks here? Watson never threw with anticipation, never got his accuracy issues under control, never fit the ball into tight windows, etc. all of those are traits of a great QB and he’s shown them in 2 quarters, that’s it. Furthermore he cost us that Pittsburgh game because he held onto the ball too long and just generally looked lost, and that pick is just as much on him as it was on Bryant, sure the ball went off his hands but it was a high inaccurate pass on a wide open 5 yard out route which imo caused the drop
@@jackmannschreck726 ay brother I didn't say he was Peyton Manning. Arizona and Tennessee would've been 300 yard games if not for Watson getting pulled in the 4th + the Amari Cooper maybe-TD getting ruled out of bounds for no reason. It's hard for me not to call those great games. Wins aren't free either. Cardinals beat the Cowboys and Eagles, and Titans beat the Dolphins and Jags. Not incredible teams but they aren't freebies! I didn't say he was good against Pittsburgh, I just think that the misery of that night makes us remember his performance being worse than it was. It was still bad, just not godawful. I'm not saying he was incredible this year, I just think saying he sucked is an easy copout answer that plays along to our feelings about his season more than the facts about his season. If his performance doesn't improve he's on the hot seat for shit-canning, but his plays was improving and he showed that he has the ability to put the team on his back a little. The pick six and lack of production in the first half at Baltimore was bad, but I don't blame him for the other 23 points the Ravens scored. I give him around a C(maybe C+) grade for what he played this season, as an average of his highs and lows. Awful is an exaggeration, he was nowhere near awful for 50% of his time played this season and I'd say the next 30% of his play would be described better as poor than awful
How did you f*ck up typing 9ers- oh wait, you're a packers fan. Still happy there weren't any changes to the ownership agreement? Your favorite bi-law appears to still be in place; losing to the 9ers in the playoffs.
No the play calling needs to be centered around better balancing the attacking the middle of the field and deep outside. Cause they went away from Lamar best zone to attack being over the middle and made it high difficulty throws
So much room for improvement, the one thing I've picked up is that once he gets a lot of time in the pocket he feels that he needs to go for the big play. He needs to get more comfortable with consistently taking what the defense gives him and when the game gets tough he needs to punish them with his running, his average depth of target is way too high every year that only derails and slows down his development as a middle of the field thrower.
TJ was the 3rd best DPOY candidate in his own division he shouldn't have been on the ballet over dudes like Winfield and Crosby his only argument was numbers and they had better numbers
@@Matthias-wm8zi i don't like the entire DPOY ballot being edge rushers, Winfield just had the best season since 2010 Polamolu but TJ was the sack leader so he got an automatic spot despite his advanced stats all being average
Yeah you're wrong buddy. He was the best in the league and got snubbed. Not only did he have the best stats, his tape says it all. Pittsburgh would be 1-16 without him fr.
@@tomb4653 his tape? He had solidly the 4th best tape at best from the edge position Parsons Garrett and Crosby all clear and again Crosby and parsons have better numbers than TJ but the advanced stats (notes taken from the tape) TJ doesn't even compare to the other 3, Winfield won the most games of any player this season he genuinely should've won it, again he put up numbers we haven't seen in 15 years TJ did not
17:18 Mike Hilton is not a thick corner. I’ve seen him in person in street clothes and he’s shorter than 5’10 probably weighs 175 pounds. It’s his will to hit and fearlessness
I agree that Watson played some of his best football as a brown in those last games, but the drop in rating is more just him continuing to fall from where he used to be. He will keep falling the farther we are away from him being elite.
Ronnie stanley "still a good player" is beyond generous, he's so cooked it's over. The only way he could help this team moving forward is retiring and getting that horrific contract off the books.
Flame indicates the number of consecutive episodes they've gone up and the number is by how much on that "Streak". I really should write a legend for it haha.
Yea this was the yr for the Ravens to do it…they’re only relatively healthy once every 5 years. Plus, goin forward they’ll have some $ goin towards void years.
I’m with you. I’m a steeler fan I still believe in kenny he still hasn’t gotten a fair chance and I hope he gets to start next season with Arthur smith. Tomlin is a moron.
