@@danielshepard7357Dude Russ is one of the oldest QBs in the NFL right now and even with Denvers trash coaching and offense he still threw 26 tds and only 8 interceptions without even playing a full season. He only got benched because the head coach in denver is a woman and throws fits when things dont go his way. To say Russ isnt good is like saying CJ Stroud got lucky

One thing is for sure Justin Fields is not Pittsburgh Steelers starting quarterback just because he's making a few plays in training camp doesn't mean anything he hasn't changed in a few months he is a second stream quarterback nothing more unless you force him to be come one with know choices
Heard JF say that he patterned his game in high school and college around RW. If there ever was a good situation to learn AND play it is this. JF is a north/south player though. He runs north/south, he throws north/south which means he sees space of receivers and reads defense laterally, not horizontally. I think the Bears plan to prep for Caleb Williams was to exploit this "weakness" with JF. They for sure set him up to fail, no question. It's a new day though. We will see.
Justin needs to help himself and learn how to sell the run better and it starts on actual handoffs where he sells nothing. He is lazy when it comes to these things and this is what helps when he wants to throw. He has been an easy read so far in his pro career but looking forward to seeing him maximize the talent.
I could show you multiple instances where he has made the exchange in chicago, and you would have no idea who has the ball! It's camp he is not out here trying to sell the run they have run pass scenarios.
