@@MrRyan-wu4jx 100% Those plays wouldn’t work 95% of the time if they used it for 50% of plays, timing really is everything for how a play will be handled.
Are we not gonna talk about Cedric Wilson's arm? I mean, it looked like the most effortless throw on the run but the ball came out of his hand like it was shot from fuckin cannon 😂 4:35
@@examplename8238 great comparison, Rodgers imo is the best QB to ever throw a football. I'm not talking SB or playoff hardware. But Rodgers drops in passes like nobody else. Manning, Brees, and mahomes are close behind. But, I'm drunk and that's just my personal opinion. So take my opinion lightly 😂
@@skillernunes157 i was pretty surprised the first time i saw it too. So basically everyone ran verts except crowder and berrios, and when jameson crowder caught it he hit berrios who was waiting for the throw from behind the line
@@getonthecrossanddontlookba5004 I read your little story and I've got a friend who is interested in your skills. He's looking for people with excellent skills in fiction writing, and you seem perfect for the job.
Two things: 1 Love how the announcer said touch…down, hesitating bc the receiver bobbled the ball before securing it in the end zone. 2 The announcer calling Baker Mayfield the backup for OBJ bc the latter had thrown a pass on the previous play. Lol
If I was a coach, I would run these all the time. Not just to throw defenses off, but even short gains, the redirection of your wide receivers and blockers gives you unique passing angles
Problem with that is, the more you run them, the more the defenses will catch on to them and know what to expect. That's why they only are run maybe a few times in a season.
As a chiefs fan they are always fun to watch with stuff like this but sometimes it's a waste. The lions Packers game had some of my favourite ones though. Great team for effort
Though some of the plays didn't work and a handful ended in disaster, the vast majorty of these plays worked and probably half of them were HUGE plays, scoring or making tough 4th down conversions or making 20+ yard gains.
As a Raider fan and seeing all the Patriots trick plays I'm interested to see what Josh McDaniels will bring to our team. We haven't ran trick plays since Hue Jackson was the coach.
