Absolutely love these hard earned plays like this. Really gets me hyped up no matter who the player is. I believe its those hard fought yards that will win you a football game every time. Never give up....never surrender.
@@james187130 if the Bills can figure out how to utilize the o line to open holes he’ll be a seriously speedy threat, towards the end of the season he was averaging 8.5 yds per carry
Hard to believe that there was a time when defensive players didn't try to take the ball away from the runner. They just tackled them, preventing all those extra yards ball carriers get while the defenders try to wrestle the ball away.
@@Boyso5407 if he's a reciever about to catch a pass then it's a penalty and fine to takes his legs from under him wrapping his legs up if he's a QB will get you fined and possibly thrown in jail! The rules are so unclear and unfair....
The first person to make contact is supposed to wrap up and tackle and generally if you are coming for cleanup then you try to take the ball away while your teammate brings him down, but it doesn’t appear too many ppl were following those rules in this video
That Fields scramble lives in my head rent free. Just hoping he keeps taking steps forward and brings us out of the basement, maybe not this season but soon
Since the tackling rules changes I see more exciting games in the future. If Hill (KC), Chase (Cin) and Henry (Ten) play like this for the next 10+yrs they are sure HOFers. Herbert (LAC), Allen (Buf) and Burrow (Cin) have bright futures. Play Ball!!!
Josh Allen is a TANK! Dude is 6'5" 230+ lbs but he so fast and elusive, there were times I thought he was crunched in a pile and I seen him sneak and keep going. He is a serious dual threat with his arm and feet man. Bills Mafia LOVES him!
As an ex-offensive lineman, the most fun the big guys have is seeing their running back stood up at the 2 yard line, but he keeps his legs churning, then you pile onto the back of the guy like a rugby scrum completely engaged and drive him into the end zone. The only time linemen get to flex!
You know, we've gone a long time since Running Backs were relevant enough to split touches with the WRs in the pass heavy football we've been watching for almost a decade. We might be seeing the best running backs of this era over the next few years. A lot of these teams have two pro bowl level backs, and some have 3. But I'm not completely sure if it's all them or because defenses focus on the passing since offenses have been centering their game around the pass giving the backs a little extra wiggle room
Missing ALOT good plays, especially from SF 49ers. SF TE Kittle who drag half a team like 20 yards downfield SF WR Deebo. ENOUGH SAID SF FB shall i keep going?
A lot of the rookie/young running backs do amazing this year. Pats rbs, javonte Williams, Najee, pollard all great averages and hard running( yes pollard is a little bias but 5.5 per carry is great)
