I remember when they had a speed competition on tv from athletes from different sports in different kinds of running events, like running the basses on a baseball field, a 100 meter dash, running with full football gear on. In the 100 meter dash at the half way point Darrell Green had a huge lead on Carl Lewis and Leroy Burrell ...only to get easily passed in the 2nd half of the race.
