Normally the males don’t really interact with there offspring, but this was really sweet too watch, it just proves we do have some good wild daddy’s out there, lol ❤❤❤

"Pity human families aren't as loving and kind to each other"?🙂Really?🙂"Love and tenderness" can be fickle though🙂Next moment after the "love and tenderness" we witness above, are "food fights" between the very same lionesses above, at a kill the pride has made, next moment after the "love and tenderness" we witness above between the lionesses, are intense rivalries between the lionesses in the pride, maybe even leading to nasty fights, and one or two lionesses being ejected/expelled from the pride, next moment after the "love and tenderness" we witness above between the lionesses, is the ejection/expulsion of their very own teenage sons and nephews, from the pride. There is a fine line between "love and tenderness" and "every man for himself", and this applies to all living things, including we human beings. Lionesses are very gentle, caring and protective of their cubs, and it is suicidal for any living thing, including we human beings, to knowingly approach a lioness and her cubs, yet those very same cubs, especially the male cubs, face the wrath of "mum" when they become teenagers, are probably even personally expelled by "mum" from the pride when they become teenagers. Does any of us really have any friends in this life?🙂 Regards, Michael M. Kamau, Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa, 19th March 2024.

I honestly don't know why you don't have million of subscribers yet 🤔 Your content is amazing! What I love most about your videos is that you don't hear much human voices. Hardly any. It's just the animals and the sounds of the bush☺️ I don't mind commentary, but it's not always needed. Love your channel🥰🦋

Didn't think the male leopards had much of a "paternal" instinct. I know of one example of tigers having a little. Interesting. Nkuhumas. Young male cub-sub present.

How many females are in the Nkuhuma pride now? With a good coalition of males, they have a big chance to become mega pride quite soon!

Man what you wrote depends on the pride and the relations between members may vary, I remember the Ottawa Prince and his friendly pride, then there were i.e. Mapogos who terrorized everyone, and often had fights between themselves etc. There were prides who cared about the injured members, there were others who didn't, there's no general rule as everywhere in the world I guess. I dunno what it depends on. There are leopard dads who don't give a sh.. and others who help females in raising kids, for instance. I dunno what it depends on, either. Maybe animals have personalities or at least characters may vary. Of course you are from there and you may know better. I am not. I have known humans who treated their families worse than lions. It all depends...

@@kirill_dreamer74 💯agree. Lions do have different personalities/characters. Also, it's rather a table etiquette than fights during the meal, unless there is very little to eat. When it's a food abundance, there is peaceful dining, when scarcity - a lot of tension, including fight. Identical as in the human society. At the core, lions or elephants are more similar to humans than people WANT or have COURAGE to think.
