How can i send you videos to show the bad AI defensmen positionning in offense? Try it but everytime you carry the puck with a d man along the board to the end zone, the other one is crashing the slot! Leaving the blue line unguarded. I've checked my settings and none of my d lines are set up to pinch. So thats a bad coding i guess.
I would like to see where you can change the position using a consumable like they use to have back in NHL 15...most hut players now all use opposite side wingers on their off wing
Hey bacon, u know how every HUT goalie acts and plays differently and has strengths in some areas? We you should make a video on how to score on a certain goalie and state things that they're weak at. Like how Marty Turco has shit rebound control and is REALLY agressive, u know?
Backhand forehand backhand cheese is a little too easy. Get that goalie moving and that's all she wrote. Especially on 1v1 situations it's a goal Everytime.
Works on shootouts: When you are about to cross the hashmarks, use the backhand toe drag dangle and flip the puck, then choose back or fore and shoot, works 9/10
I find for me if i have someone with a powerful shot (ex Brent Burns or Jeff Carter), if im on the hashmarks, i just aim for the top corner of the side that I'm on and i get lots of goala that way. For example if your on the left side of the goalie, shoot top shelf on the left side
Great vids bud. My nread and butter was the stride deke and its gone! Still there with L1 LS bit not as effective. It was killer on the breakaway. Keep up the good work

I think i might have found kind of a glitch in the game its probably nothing but if a couple of you could try to shoot while holding the passing button and tell if you see a difference it would be appreciated
I'll tell u that the deke where u right stick click and pull back leaves a pretty cheese goal, instead of shooting tap R1 (PS controllers) and he'll do a light flick over the shoulder. Come in fast and get in pretty close. Scores a decent amount of time and would frustrate the other team to see such cheese

I have the huge problem I can't leave my own third when playing. And in the rare cases I get into the opposition's third, none of my players pulls up.. Could you give me an advise for a working strategy? Been division 3 last year but can't leave 9 this year.. I'm really annoyed. Keep up the good work!

Yesterday when i was playing nhl 18 hut impoke checked the opponent right in front of the net and the puckwent straight down the ice and hit the empty net post :(

Got a tip for stopping the one timer that goes through players legs, sticks and over the sticks when you try to block it? Yeah didn't think so, no 100% way to stop a pass which sucks.
The issue here is that the main scoring area is everything from the hash marks and high slot. It takes up 45% of the zone and is too easy to access, especially on the rush. I get the argument that it is where the majority of goals are scored in the NHL, and it's true; However the biggest difference between this and RL is how these goalies react to these situations. They commit/bite too much from each movement of the puck. Less is more in world of the goalies. And it's how Patrick Roy revolutionized the position
Im so confused about why EA hasnt made a one timer stat yet. It makes no sense that ovi will have the same ability to hit a one timer as like danny dekeyser
Bacon you said you're playing the tipin with luck from the AI but there is a way to trigger it on command. Are you saying there's a disadvantage to doing it that way? (Using the slap/pass method for the auto tip)
BiHydra the packs were made better this year if u didnt know it now u do i have opened like 20packs and i have gotten 90 plusses like in everypack its stupid
The tip ins have been eliminated pretty much. The players are stopping the puck from getting through instead of tipping it. Good video though. Thank you.
Okay.. this is my opinion but pokechecks are OP. I just lost 3 games to poke check spammers and they didn't get any penalties but when I make the odd pokecheck I get a penalty. I either I'm unlucky af or their just stupid op..
Hey BaconCountry! The problem i'm having with this is to find the pass to the guy that's going to take the one timer. I feel like the defenders is just taking out the passing line. Any tips?
