The hit on petterson was dirty. Me as a Canucks fan I think that that was uncalled for atleast that throw at the end. The hit was clean except for that hit

Anyone notice the strange amount of the same knee injury in this video? It’s almost like the steel is a little too tall on the skate so that it’s digging into the ice and not letting players straighten their leg when they fall backwards.

I just love seeing people helping other people. I mean it’s a given that it’s gonna happen if someone gets hurt, but when I see a ref or someone else helping out a fallen player i just get a filling of warmth from that compassion

Yo Jens! I just got back into hockey in June 2018 after ~18 years of being out of it (mostly due to the military) and I have to say that your highlights have really helped me get a handle on what to watch for, avoid, and things I can do to improve.. I know it may seem weird since they aren't instructional in nature, but I have picked up things here and there! :) I am playing C league hockey right now and should be ready by June to move into B league ^.^ Thanks so much!

I was at the MTL game when Schultz got injured. Was also at the game in Ottawa when the pens lost and Cullen got injured. 1 game before Trocheck got injured. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Oh that goalie in the second clip must’ve been pissed. Getting injured in a game is one thing. getting injured by a teammate however, straight up infuriating

These videos always remind me of my major injuries from hockey. I was told when I broke my leg that my moans just filled the rink. I don't remember that much only thinking I had to get back to the bench. When I broke my arm, compound fracture and broke my ulna and radius, I was in so much shock, but again just tried to push myself up and get to the bench. I wasn't in pain at first, but all the parents crowded around where i headed off to look, and they all gasped. Didn't quite feel pain until I was in the locker room waiting for an ambulance to arrive, and that's when I first truly realized how messed up my arm was.

I knew the Trochek clip was gonna be in this video but i wasn't expecting it to be the first clip x_x

If not can you please do one if it isn't too much trouble. I love watching your videos ever since they came up in my recommended videos.

I just hate that the trainers take so long to go out on the ice and help them! I remember when my glove came off and I fell and someone skated over my thumb, I was laying there crying for about a minute, it really sucks btw I’m ok now but they have to fix that.

My other favourite sport is tennis and I only got into hockey recently, so it feels weird seeing the trainers being so fast on the scene and first aid actually reacting quickly to injury.

4:22 Petterson puck handles matheson out of his skates totally clean….. matheson follows Petterson and butt ends him before going to the front of the net as Petterson goes behind … puck is coming towards Petterson behind the net who makes a play and matheson hits him pretty cleanly at first… but then lifts him up a bit before slamming Petterson down on his head and neck with additional force. How there’s no call for this is ridiculous . It may be bc I watched it unfold bc matheson was clearly butthurt Petterson made him look stupid and fall… so first he slashed him..not to high or hard so nothing crazy, then butt ends him nowhere near the puck to hit him clean until the last part just makes him look like such a little bitch. The only reason the actual hit is borderline for me is bc of the other retaliations he did right before it and right after it. The way he threw him down is sure as shit unsportsmanlike. Someone dances around you and you feel stupid …. And they get the puck and you lay them out cleanly? That I’m all for… but that was just pathetic and to have no call for that last bit is ridiculous
