Igor Shesterkin made 43 saves and Chris Kreider scored the game-winning goal to help the New York Rangers defeat the Carolina Hurricanes 3-1 in Game 3.
With outbreaks in new York doubt it maybe they be super spreader Why are refs leaving in mass cause people feed up with them picking winners ie Kansas city and Buffalo game guy steps one foot down giving Bill's wins
I love NHL playoff hockey, but I must admit when my NY Rangers are playing my health begins to suffer. Between screaming at the TV for the Rangers to shoot more (especially on the power play) and the stress of every bouncing puck, I am dying one minute and revived the next.
Enjoy it! Anything that takes us on an emotional rollercoaster is beautiful, and builds character and spirit. I recently got divorced from football ( the foot one ) after 42 years of devoted, fanatical support ( Everton for my sins ) because they’re all disgusting, cowardly, uneducated scum that get on their knees for worse scum. There’s a lot more to it than incessantly pretending Europeans are ‘ racist ‘ ( they’re not, it’s the brown people I’m afraid ), but too much for this comment section. Good luck to your Rangers, I still don’t know who I should follow in the NHL, though I quite like Minnesota.
that line change for Gallant adding copp at center was a good move - Tyler Motte was mad good this game we need him out there like that all playoffs - Kreids & Z keep a high performance rest of series, we will win & lastly Shesterkin had really good saves Idk why people hatin - This guy is the reason we are still in the playoffs
What a game! Hopefully shaping up to be a good series. Also, good to hear Rick Peckham calling the game. He was Tampa's play-by-play guy for roughly 25 years until he retired. I guess he's doing side work now. Good for him.
Ur the type of person to always give credit then put the person down in the same sentence with smth negative. Who cares if he let that in didnt matter at the end
From the early physicality it looked like Carolina wanted it more and was gonna roll over New York, great job by both goalies and a much-needed win for New York.
We were always going to respond in this game back at MSG. We probably should’ve been coming into it with the series tied 1-1, but we didn’t, and it was crucial that we won this game. Kreids was solid again (apart from the open goal miss lol), Igor was good as per usual apart from the goal and overall the whole team pulled their weight. Let’s take the momentum from this win and use it to our advantage in the next and get this series tied up... LGR!
I'm a caps fan through and through but damn Mika zibanejad is amazing. Ya know he scored 5 times against us in one game. Imagine if someone scored 5 goals in a playoff game. Like triple ot winner ta boot.
the Canes were playing like they were at the end of the season again set play never does anything but burn down the timer, and the shots they get are either wide or dead on the goalie for an easy save. 40+ sog means nothing when none of them had a chance to go in... their breakaway, their setplay, their powerplay, SOMETHING needs to start converting when their game stagnates like this
The Canes whole game is that they can widdle you down on either end of the ice. They're not the best scorers but they're really good at everything else and that seems to have been enough this year so far.
The Hurricanes have yet to win a road playoff game this postseason. I guess as long as they win all their home games (since they'll have home-ice advantage at least through the Eastern Conference playoffs assuming the Panthers end up losing in the 2nd round), it's not that big of a deal.... but I would be a little concerned if I was a 'Canes fan right now.
Ik it's the playoffs, but DAMN! Where on Earth was that Igor Shesterkin, the one that has been about 20 brick walls in the regular season, been in the playoffs? Good thing he arrived in time to possibly save the Rangers season
I love my Canes but until they can score on a power play or win a game on the road they are not going to make it much further in the playoffs. I would much rather them not call any penalties on their opponents.
Jack Edwards isn't biased towards the Rangers. And he's actually quite good. Too bad the Bruins lost game 7. Otherwise you would of heard quality announcing.
@@Soxruleyanksdrool I meant ESPN in general, They barely even talked about Nino scoring and only talked about Igor letting it in. They also replayed missed chances by the rangers more than Ninos goal
