@@pirate254 it was hilarious hearing how completely defeated the announcers were though lol. the second the canes were up 1 their souls left their bodies for the remainder of the game
@pirate254 ESPN announcers are simply less educated on the sport. I can't watch ESPN broadcasts, they're extremely biased and know little about the details of the game.
Nope, like the Leaf's, they won't win game 7 IF there is a game 7. They just don't have "it". For years they have had a really good team and can't even make it to the finals.
Lavvy knows the canes could do it. I'm sure he's telling the rangers its VERY possible, and if you don't put the boot on the neck of the hurricanes...they'll do it to em.
Bruh at the end of the game most of the lower bowl at MSG was empty. True Rangers fans should be sticking around until the very end and cheer their team on for the next game.
The first game that has had a clear decisive winner. Big win for the Canes. I'm a Panthers fan and I see so many people complaining about the officiating the past two playoff years and to me , this year is just as exciting as the last. Every series has hard hits, questionable calls, lack of calls, aggression, nail biting action, and amazing goaltending. Panthers and Boston have controversy, Colorado and Dallas have controversy, Edmonton and the Canucks have controversy, and the Rangers and Canes have controversy. This is playoff hockey man. Tight games, hard forechecks, superb goaltending, and where legends, heroes, and villains are made. I love hockey and I'm grateful to see all these great series. Good luck to all the contenders! 💪🔥✌️
Good comment, but to be fair the crosscheck into goalie them scoring was pretty rough last game. I'm saying that as a Bolts fan who equally dislikes both teams.
As a Caps fan I'm for the Canes there's no doubt about it And I loved to see Orlov with the nice move and then an assist for Staal but especially Kuzy with the winning goal and his celebration. Go Canes You can do it!!!
@@arlenstrauch Not at all. I do live near Prednistrovia (Bender is the closest city 50km). I visited and had my passport checked by Russian guards which was surreal.
@rhythmindset6996 literally nothing indicates he's a canes fan particularly... but facts that scare you must be biased huh lol. 4-1 and looked dead at home. Rags better end it game 6 or they're cooked lol
For two periods Carolina skating around trying to make the perFect pass. Someone must have said during the second intermission. Shoot the puck! Good things can happen. They did. Good win Carolina!
According to the 'Deserve-To-Win-O-Meter,' Carolina has been the superior team in every game except for game #2. With this consistent performance, there's every reason to believe that Carolina can complete the comeback and win the series.
The first game I've actually felt like the Canes played like themselves. That Kuzy bird celly was obviously for all the Caps fans watching from home. Cane's gotta do this for all the Sharks fans cheering for Burnsie, Caps fans cheering for Kuzy, and Pens fans cheering for Jake n Bake. We keep playing like this and we can do it.
@@corporateaccountspayableninanot for the fans 😂 they always have me stressing until they finally pull through in the later periods. Like dang did you have to wait to get some goals? 😩
The Canes have sussed that they are the better team as long as they don't give away penalties. The craziness from the first 3 games is gone and the Rangers really don't look like the same team. As a Rangers fan I have to say that I feel that the advantage is down to like 55% / 45% to the Rangers and I do expect them to win the series but from here it really wouldn't surprise me if they do fail to close it out. Well played Canes!
My fantasy Game 7 is the 'Canes are trailing 4-2 and trouba commits a 5-min major and single-handedly loses the series like he single-handedly lost the 2022 series against Tampa.
First it was haha youre getting swept, then it was you're lucky you won 1 game that's all you're getting, now it's you're losing game 6. Please keep doubting the Canes! They are notorious for Incredible comebacks! Raleigh will be hell on earth for the Rangers in Game 6!
Thursday ought to be interesting. Could Carolina be back in this thing? I thought they looked done after Game 3. Also, it's nice to see Kuznetsov bring back his bird flap celebration. Caps fans definitely remember him doing that in 2018.
Yes - they are very much back in this thing. They looked done after game 3, but serious Ranger fans knew they were not done. The teams are so evenly matched; the Rangers won game 3 on a pretty flukey goal and games 1-3 were each very close. In each of the past 2 seasons the Rangers have collapsed after building a controlling series lead. They collapsed tonight. So I am not at all surprised by this. I fully expect Carolina to win this series.
yeah watching game 3 it looked like the canes were barely hanging on. game 4 they came back with more energy than they’ve shown at any other point in the playoffs so far
As a Stars fan, I can speak from experience that as long as the Hurricanes don’t have a player coming back from a suspension in Game 6, they should be ok.
suspect at large is described as black male somewhere between the age that he is alive wearing a newport sweat suit and a smile on his face after hitting the unsespecting victim from behind as he was busy helping an older woman cross a busy intersection. fled on foot to a white older model cadillac and fled from the scene .!
Don't let the fact that Jacob trouba scored a goal, distract you from the fact that he was on ice for the last 7 Hurricanes goals going into game 5, Trouba is a horrific defenseman, who only hits, and plays terrible defense, its criminal that they have him as Captain, instead of Fox, or Kreider
That pair should have already been broken up. I don't know if it would have changed the outcome tonight, but we need to replace Gustafsson with Jones as a starting point.
So funny watching you NY fans. You lose a couple games and go completely ape sh*t. Carolina still has to pull out two more games. Odds are still on your side.
Gotta come out swinging at home Canes, and then it's all the momentum going with you into a demoralized arena, and more importantly, going up against a shaken Shesterkin.
Rangers are going to lose in 7. It's obvious that while it's a close call on who the better team is Carolina is the favorite and should win. Rangers were a bit lucky to win the first three
7:16-7:23 Wow, as a Red Wings fan seeing this goal gave me CHILLS! It's almost an exact replica of Darren McCarty's incredible goal against Ron Hextall in Game 4 of the 1997 Cup Finals when the Wings wept the Flyers! (Look it up!)
Hurricanes got a real chance to make this series interesting, the Madison Square Garden crowd gonna be real nervous if there ends up being a game 7 back over there.
@@md20062Well they are definitely going to need adjustments, but we won Game 3 didn't we? We really need to get Chytil back in the lineup and replace the Gustafsson with Jones.
@@calmandprosperous we won game 3 after a double ot win, i really can’t see them winning on the road after a game this pathetic, but hey i really hope i’m wrong
Bucci has really evolved as a pbp man. He's exciting for both sides. Good game...some of the passing was outstanding. These are two great teams. Going 7?
Carolina has sensed the blood of the Rangers. Now, the cops need to stay strong, even though it seemed like the series was already in their pocket after leading 3-0.
I’m a Canes fan but I wouldn’t be too over confident. The Rangers are a highly skilled team. They are a tough opponent. Still hope the Canes can win this round
@@kristinebovit4231 You guys have a great team and have fought hard. Canes may have a chance if our key players can't get it together. I'm predicting a close game tomorrow night but Rangers will hold on to seal the deal.
