Niagara Falls expected to change New Year’s Eve plans in light of new COVID-19 restrictions 

Officials in Niagara Falls hoped this year would be their “come back” for New Years’ Eve celebrations but with the new restrictions, the city now has to make some adjustments. Sean Cowan reports.
