I was never a fan of 1D, neither a "hater" but the more I listen to him, the more I discover how good he is in music ! And I'm like almost a fan now (still need to listen to the future album) ! I'm glad that we haven't seen him too much during 1D because now, he just has a free way to be succesfull !

I love the fact that niall was so underated when he was in 1D, everyone used to think that he didn't sing.... he is now my favorite in solo carreer, and the best of the boys now

He has a limited vocal range, But he knows how to make use of what he has... He's basically a perfectionist at music, its notes and instruments. He can sing any song and make it sound unexpectedly angelic, rock, pop and country all at the same time. Proud of you Nialler.
Niall is the kind of artist that picks up his guitar and just starts singing on his couch and can give you a better performance than those overproduced artists that have too much going on with backup singers/dancers, visual effects, and autotune. I've always loved his voice, but now he's gotten the chance to really put it out there. There's a real rawness and homey feeling to his voice and style.
I've been raving like a mad woman about how artists should have entire acoustic album with a simple arrangement than the over produced dance music. Make a sister album for every album so we all can enjoy it.
My cousin dragged me to his concert in Sydney. He is soooooooooo good I was mesmerized it was beautiful, fun, if anyone gets a chance go he is worth it. And this cover proves how good he is by the way his guitar skills are out of this world.
I remember when he had his concert here in Manila, i had to let go of my ticket because that was the time i had chicken pox. Next time, i hope i can see him perform live. 😭
I have to be honest...I listened to this with my earphones..and he slayed it. I'm really impressed, this wasn't what I was expecting..yah, He's a great artist.
I've never understood why people thought that he can't sing ! His voice is really beautiful 💕 I love his solo career . Now he can really show his talent . I think that he was kinda hold back in 1D, while Harry , Zayn and Liam always had the most solos . (P.S I am a huge 1D fan , but I think the hiatus is really good for them , especially for Niall 💕) (All of them have amazing solo careers ! )

This is one of the best cover songs I have heard for a very long time, but Naill changes this song to suit his vocal range and OMG does the most fantastic job. He has such brilliant musicality and I love the raw soulfulness of his voice. I could listen to him sing all day. In fact he could sing the phone book and make it sound awesome. Keep up the great work Naill Horan (and I am old enough to be his Granny never mind his Mother)
My daughter got me to listen to 1D from the beginning. At 53 I'm still praying for a 1D reunion. But the biggest Niall fan and he WAS very much underrated.. Such talent and a remarkable voice.
Absolutely love this. He just keeps surprising me with how versatile he is. His voice really was overlooked on a lot of 1D albums because damn this kid can sing just about anything.

Vivek Chavan I don't think it was a case of improvement it's just that he never got to showcase his talent in One Direction. For example if you go back and listen to his cover of the A-Team by Ed Sheeran that is incredible as well. Maybe he is singing with more motion now because the song mean more to him I'm not sure but he's amazing either way
I agree, he has improved. Yes he has more opportunity to show off now, but his confidence levels are also a lot higher and that shows in the way that he sings so smoothly now and there is no shakiness in his voice anymore.
In my opinion, this cover is a testament to the kind of artist Niall Horan is. He took an already good and unique song and made it his own. The acoustics against his voice is so great. I hope that in the future Niall experiments with his vocals more and does note-changes and riffs. Seriously wish I could download this!!!!!!!!!

this has been on the internet for 3 and a half years. How have I not seen this before, you may ask. Because Niall is underrated and doesn't get the recognition he deserves.
He was always underappreciated in 1D. It was always hard to really hear how his voice sounded, but now we get to see what's been hiding all those years. He's got a great unique voice and I only wish the best for him. I would love to see Niall collaborate with Harry.

This is a beautiful version of this song. ... i always felt that Niall's voice was totally overlooked in 1D. He was never shown to his full potential, but at least we all get to enjoy it now.
