Jessica Geib and Adam Pedzich are at the heart of Pinellas County operations any time we activate our Emergency Operations Center. This duo merges the mission of their two departments, Human Services and Emergency Management, to focus our year-round all-hazards preparation on serving our residents. They meet with County staff, community partners, volunteer agencies and more to understand our community needs and create plans to keep those services functioning in some fashion during an emergency.
