i just got mine yesterday with Tvins here in Solna Sweden it works well as am making me n hubby a sausage carrot stew with lots of vegi and it cuts so well. glad my tomatoes especially onions can be chopped without me messing the hole place up and also no more onion cry for me. thanks Genius.

I really love the Nicer Dicer Plus. I use it a lot when I make food, and it's so easy. It's best to cut potatoes, cucumbers, onions and apples. I recommend it!

I love mine. Yes, after over a year of constant use, a blade broke, but I think I was a little hard on it. I use it for everything, and it works great. It's not going to last forever, guys. It doesn't cost a fortune.

I have this and i love it, i made friece and chips with it and it works wel. You dont have to boil the potatos. So yes its a handy tootl.

My friend bought one and when I saw "made in China" I bought the same one with $10 from a Chinese website lol. I only use the slicer blade tho. I have to tell you that it's nothing like the ad shows.

How did I get here

I have had mine for years and use it daily. Have not broken a part yet.

I got this in the mail today. You need to slam the cover on the veg or fruit you're dicing. And bits of plastic will be slivered from the underside of the cover (the thing that pushes the fruit/veg) into the fruit/veg mix. After a while your wrist hurts and your ear, too, from the slamming sound. The slicer works. Works well enough to slice a chunk of my thumb off and a bit of my husband's knuckle. The cover thingie to protect your fingers from being cut when you get to the end part of the veg is... well... it's just plastic you know so be really careful. Also if you push down on it enough to use up the whole vegetable it slivers the plastic, too. I didn't try the other attachments yet. But you will get what you pay for. In my case it was around 12 dollars off of eBay for a lifetime trauma of slicers.

Food sticks to those holes,, Slicer slices potato's so thin you can see thru them,Cant get a thicker size potato, to thin to fry.. OK for softer things like fruits, Hard to slice whole potato. Guaranteed they soften those potatoes first.

the hinged cutting lid is a problem because after a couple of usages I discovered green plastic pieces crumbling down with every next cutting. Fortunately I saw it before serving the food!

I had the original Nicer Dicer which was brilliant and didn't think they could improve on it, but they seem to have done it with this one, it's a must have for the kitchen, it makes chopping so much faster I love mine.

Ok tried my one out after years of it being in my cupboard. Was making potato salad my fav way. Added chopped radishes, sliced celery and chopped onions along with my best dressing. Found it really hard to chop the radishes, as they got stuck in the gadget chopping part and I couldn't press the lid down hard enough to make it work properly. The only way I could get the dicing to work with the radishes was to pile more in on top of the previous lot. Also nearly took the top of my finger off with the slicer when doing my celery. It was off-putting not being able to press down lid all the way. I have one of the earlier models.....ie where lid doesn't spring back, but it looks the same otherwise.

this all is typical show effects. Those both know how to handle and.... remind, the pieces they use, are ALL already cutted in useable pieces. because at first u need to cut the fruits etc. in quarters or pieces. But if u even have the knife in hand to peel and quarter fruits u also can with good skill do the job finish...a good skill cutter is as fast as they. But know...for comparision they sure show someone who have no good skill. Opposite - intentionaly he pretend a bad skill. Its not a bad device, but not as good as they perform, and not worth to have it importantly. It can cut very little pieces but it does not substitute a knife. U still need it. A knife u will need ever ever!!

One big con,I had one. Most veg had to be sliced to enable dice to be produced. By the time you've faffed about with this thing it's quicker to dice by hand. You won't find one of these gadgets is a professional kitchen. Which says it all.

not as effortless as they show. i have to put a lot of pressure on my nicer dicer all the time, that my hand starts aching. now I've stopped using it.

It's great and i have something like that at home. You still need a damn knife though. Those onions and melons etc that they used are peeled and cut into the right size first. I love infomercials like this one, but they like to act like we're idiots.

got mines and in love say a co worker using it for pot luck bought mines and got to chopping

But to cut the right proportions to fit in the "nicer dicer" you still need to get out a knife and cutting board-.-

This is one of the most copied product in the world. Online there's so many copies of this. Worse is none of these copies don't have any instructions manual. I have one of this type. However it's from another company and it is in a round shape. First time I used, the medium dicer blade came out while dicing beetroot and potatoes. Due to that even the green pusher was shaving off. Luckily thanks to Amazon I was able to get a replacement. I liked the slicers attachment in the one I have as it slices thick, thin properly and with ease. I have used small dicer for onions, cucumber, tomato and for that it is great. For potatoes I first used thick slicer and then diced with ease. Needed one of these as I have been getting lots of cuts on my fingers recently.

I have this and I get cut every time I take it out and use it. It will cut you deep, especially the slicer blade. One lady I spoke with cut off the tip of one of her fingers while using this. Every single piece of metal that are blades will cut you. do not touch them what so ever
