Ok so I think we are the only people who actually travel the world with their @revbalance_ board. Thank goodness Whitney packs a massive bag every time we travel so that we can stuff this in there with all the rest of her closet. Trust me, the airlines love the extra weight added to her bag lol.
This was a fun little session for Cashy and I to have on the beach in Curaçao. It was a bit of firsts for us. First time we have ever done a beachside balance board session. First time I have been on the board since I had knee surgery. Lastly, this was the first time Cashy and I have ever tried a dual jump while on the board. The good news is that nobody was injured in the process!
We love our balance board. It’s a simple little morning workout that helped get our heart beat up and our body moving. This little boardwalk was a bit tricky though. You may not be able to see it in the video but each plank was slightly warped so it made keeping a controlled balance somewhat tough. You’d roll over one of the joints and the roller would drop into the groove of the next one and throw you off a little. A little challenge that made the session a tad more fun!
