Even as a 40 year old guy who's been working out for 15-20 years, I can still learn by watching the pros. I always felt bad because when doing benchpresses, I physically can't lower the bar all the way down to my chest because it's out of my range of motion. Seeing that Nick doesn't contact his chest either gives me a sense of relief. Sometimes you just can't do an exercise EXACTLY like how the magazines tell you and you just have to listen to your body/adjust your form to what works for you which is a lesson I think a lot of people need to learn, thanks for putting my mind at ease brother!

What’s the deal with this new videographer kid? He needs to learn to lower the volume when the person is speaking, learn to cut and edit with a smooth transition, he need stop acting like a personal trainer whenever Nick’s doing his sets, just focus on filming instead, and better angle with the camera frames not too close or too far away.
