I think it just comes from the fact that Chad has said some things that weren't the best giving himself and the band a bad name. Also that the songs are a bit generic for them. Of course the music they make is awesome but lyrically I just get a little annoyed how a lot of the songs are about the same thing lol
@@Brandon2940 The main hate really comes from Chad's bad behaviour and ego. I'm big fan of theirs but this is not justify the fact that their musical abilities are perfect. For example, their lyrical themes have always been bad. All lyrics are written by Chad, but, he's not good at this. Ryan and others should handle the empty space, but somehow they prefer not to. After the "All the Right Reasons" album, they prefered to get well with media, not to improve their musical skills. It seems like they don't give a damn so to speak. That's the whole thing in my opinion.
@@fatkopatko I couldn't disagree more. Most bands get stuck singing about the same stuff. They're a pop and rock band so sounding generic musically is the same as every other band and artist in that category. I get the impression that the band isn't exactly strict so if a member of the group comes up with lyrics they want to sing I can't imagine Chad saying no. Seen them live a few times and they've pretty pretty cool. If you listen to their albums post Dark Horse they clearly try out a few different styles and ideas, even trying to get a bit heavier in the more recent album. They've also got insane production value, it's pretty difficult to sound technically better than them, production wise.

I what do think is cool about this video it's Daniel singing lower voice..r so Peake could do his part voice as well- it's amazing... backin' to the originals.. it's all peake second.. amazing... love...

i very much agree. i was so upset when i bought their new cd and it only had perv songs on it. i miss their old stuff. the stuff that actually had meaning.. Silver Side Up is my favorite cd by them i think it had most of their best songs.

You'd think if it was encoded in every guys blood, that men would stop messing around with another guys girl but they don't. Most of the time it's the same men complaining that go out and act like that. Men don't understand boundaries. I've had to set many men straight about crossing my boundaries with my girlfriend at the time, but I also don't go out and do the same. That being said I totally get this song and can relate.
