love seeing the comments that "Nickelback actually does good music". In my home country, they only play whiny love songs from Nickelback in radio. I heard a song, Next contestant, on a clip, ages ago, found out the band... been a fan since.
it's even better at 1.25. I bet it would have been a hit or at least liked by everybody if it was played by maroon 5. it's basically the same kind of song as "moves like jagger".
A RU-vid short with the 'funky monkey, twisted trickster __sister Mister' soundclip brought me back here. 🎉❤ Every time I hear it I come here. But still see the costume changes, of clip i 1st saw using this sound , in my head 😆. ❤😎 Next CONTESTANT anime fan made video is next 😂 on RU-vid playing @Random !
Nickelback has few songs that aren’t as aggressive like the others but this song takes you back to the 70s or 80s eras if they ever play this song live again I want Dua Lipa to sing the female backup with them that would be sorta cool
Typical NICKLEBACK absolutely one of the best and I am a true NICKLEBACKER. If you do not like it is your choice . Listen to others but I will stand by my group thank you very much.
The one guy on the guitar with the sunglasses, clean shaved face & close shave hair looks like Channing Tatum. The woman singing in this song is perfect, that extra little spice that makes this song pop.
@@andrewreynolds9935 I wasn't referring to Chad, I know who he is. I mean the other guy off to the side. Chad doesn't look like Channing at all, but thanks for your comment.
I was listening to Sound of Silence by Disturbed about a week ago and this song auto played after it. I had never heard it before. So I asked Alexa “What song is this?” When she replied,”This is She Keeps Me Up by Nickelback” I was like, yep, I can totally tell that’s Chad’s voice now. I don’t care what people say about Nickelback. This song kicks ass.
I remember when Nickelback did a cover of sharp dress man by ZZ Top. Great cover, this song and video has a throwback vibe to an old ZZ video they would’ve done in the 80’s. Great song and video.
Good news everyone. This song, and the rest of the album, is now back up again on Nickelback's official channel in RU-vid Topic format after having previously been removed for some reason.
Me too. They're actually better than people generally give them credit for. They may have some flaws and issues, but they're still better than other stuff I've heard.
Todd in the Shadows makes ONE mean video and they delete every trace of this album from the internet... It's not like this is any worse than normal Nickelback smh
That's hilarious, heh. I love how powerful Todd's influence has become. One of his literal points was that Nickelback is so consistently apathetic to criticism and steadfastly refuses to change their quality as a result. And now they're scrubbing their account because of the renewed negative attention which he unleashed against them? I hope he enjoys every second of that irony.
I'm not completely certain, but they might've removed stuff before Todd posted that review, because I think i remember seeing before that Edge Of A Revolution, Satellite and this one were missing, but the rest of the album was still available.
@@NexusKin Maybe, but I left a comment responding to a “Todd brought me here” post. I also saw criticism of Nickelback building after Todd’s video. Not a shadow of a doubt in my mind that someone online caught wind of bad publicity and reacted by deleting evidence.
@@NexusKin nope, I am one of those people that never knew nickelback continued making albums past silver side up, so I checked this song out on their official channel after todd's video, I'm very sure of it
People who hate nickleback only hate them because social media tells them too, just like pineapple on a pizza it wasn't a problem til social media came along
