If she wants to play with makeup I would suggest something with less pigments. I think some makeup from Claire’s would be a great decision because it’s small and made for her age. I know this is late I just I thought I would suggest it.

I work at HT and this is a fairly new palette. We get lots of palettes from companies I've never heard of, but some of our Blackheart makeup is actually not too bad. You should do a Hot Topic makeup review! It's hit or miss honestly, but I think that would be a super cool video because there's sooo many products! :)
