We cant openly smoke it is not legal it is gedoogd. That means the police wont take action if you have less then 5 gram a day and smoke it at the coffee shop (weed shop) or at your home.

More than once I had to exit situations because I knew that I was quickly becoming a target for foreign law enforcement because of the people around me and their behavior.
