I think the bar about “lowering the value” is talking about the misogynistic opinion of some men when it comes to women having sex with different people. Women are often seen as “used product” when we have a healthy and constant sex life. This leads some men to believe that our “value” as a partner “lowers.” And she’s straight up saying, you people keep talking about me being “low value” when all I’m doing with all your yapping is turning it into profit, since you can’t keep me off your mouths. I think that’s brilliant of her.
It's not just men women can be misogynistic too and it was a lot of female bloggers discrediting her as well and to this day on in particular hasn't apologized

And even though everyone tried to have her lose in the court of public opinion by smearing her name and image, nothing stuck because Lanes is in fact the guilty party and was convicted.
