Love love LOVE Afrodite Amour, she's just a sweet, funny, vibrant and very charismatic queen! I had the chance to see her perform several times during season 2 watching parties at Lyon: she's very good at lipsyncing! I also had the chance to chat with her afterwards and she is SUPER NICE. I can confidently say that a lot of people will fall in love with her personality (and her laugh!!). Let's go team Afrodite 😍

about Afrodite's look: it may not be cute but it surely has a meaning. her name is Afrodite just like the Ancient Greek goddess of love and femininity. The titan Uranos knew his children would start a war against him so he ate them all; however, her partner Gaia (the Earth) gave him a rock instead of her last baby, Cronos, who ended up cutting Uranos's t3sticl3s, which fell on the sea and on the land; from the sp3rm that fell in the sea Afrodite was born, and from the blood that fell on the Earth 6 of the Olympean Gods were born. So basically her look ressembles the foam and the labia at the same time, referencing both Afrodite's birth and one of her main atributes + the theme is day at the beach so it also aligns with that I guess

Just wanted to say thanks to you and everyone who contributes to your channel, I've been having a tough year and drag race and your channel/patreon celebrating drag has really helped me. I wanted to suggest a video request and then it was actually requested by UlrichKastell recently. Although we have UK Vs The World, it would be great to see an updated UK All Star Cast Wishlist video (I think now there is prize money a All Star season would be amazing to happen in addition Vs The World). The last wishlist you did was in 2022 and we've had S4-5 since then so many more queens who could be included. Rules would be to not include Blu or Tia and also take into account who has competed/will compete on Vs The Worlds/Global All Stars. Ideally round 9-10 queens similar to Espana AS1. Love all the way from the UK 👑

Hi Mera and Scarlet (or other host) I have been watching drag race since the pandemic and have been watching your videos since almost the beginning. I love your content and it is always refreshing to see a real drag queen(s) opinion on drag race. A video idea that I came up with after watching the S16 finale is all queens who competed in the first and last lipsync of the season (Sapphira, Kandy Muse, Bimini ) and looking at their trajectory and how they got to the end. It's ironic because the promo is worst than S2 but the Meet the Queens just destroy the S2 one. It's definitely a Comedy Cast, way more charismatic than S2 girls in general. It's the clash of the Big French Names : Lula, Leona, Le Filip, Misty and Norma against the anonymous girls. It's gonna be different but still very excited about the outcome of the season ! I think Lula, Leona and Filip are gonna be the front-runners, they are ogress of the French Scene for years now.

Long time viewer finally paying my bill, hopefully no late fees! Love every video you post! I have an idea for a spinoff, Drag Race Latino, a U.S based version of the show but in spanish for all the spanish speaking Queens that live in the U.S. there’s tons of talented queens that wont audition for the main RPDR because they don’t speak English, a Spanish U.S version would give Spanish speaking queens that live in the US a chance to compete to the best of their abilities. If you like the idea who do you think should host it. Love you!

I have to be honest...I have not yet been able to get into any foreign seasons. First I do not have the time to invest into most of them.. The ones in English still feel strange. Other languages I swear it can ge hard to get a good look while trying to read the subtitles. Sometimes they talk so fast those subtitles flash by so quick. I will stick with the USA and all stars. On the other hand many enjoy them and enjoy drag race almost all year long. Sometimes when people talk about contestants in other countries 98% I can't put a face together with a name

@@thenameisphoenix is not part of the franchise. being "the drag race" of a place isn't drag race adjacent. there are tons of drag competitions around the globe, i wouldn't call them drag race. u're entitled to having ur opinion anyway, i just shared mine.

@@homeiswhereukeepurdealdoe while not a official international franchise, the show was actually based on drag race and drag race even acknowledged the show as the chilean ver in season 2 but yeah it's not a official international season like how for example my country's ver of Thailand is an official version. So i do understand your point of view, I just think some people, even if the show dosen't air anymore sees it as the chilean version even if it's not a official version since it's based on drag race and not Dragula or something else
