These kind of moves have always perplexed me. Thanks for making the tutorial.

The simplest way Ive found to tell the difference is at the point you have entered one separate your isolated planes in the direction perpendicular to the spinning isolation. If the tethers connect you are in an inversion if they dont, you are in a lovelace. Of course this is all speculative and im just going off of what we discussed in tech poi BTW we miss you down in FL Nicky!!!!

From what was discussed on tech poi a few months ago I dont believe that is a lovelace but an inversion similar to a barrel roll. The reason I think this is because at the point when the poi are over your head they both appear to be resting on your wrists creating a cross between the tethers, which is indicative of a barrel roll type inversion. A lovelace would result in one head on top of a wrist and the other beneath a wrist.

Where did you take the first clip? In front of the water?

is the second move some kind of isolated mind meltdown? If so what is the move from Leo 'flow attack "Uncharted Poi" 3:04-3:11 I feel that they are similar but this tutorial only looks like half of that one. Idk.
