Looking back at this moment, it looks like one of those "death flags," like a love interest promising to marry the girl when he gets back from the battle.
There is actually an epilogue where we see that 2B woke up while 9S is still dead. There is a good/bad ending to this(because Yoko Taro) Where 9S either wakes up or 2B ends up sitting next to his body for thousands of years.
@@roflbotten4815 I believe that the good ending is the actual canon one he decided upon though, no? Could be wrong, been a while since I've looked into that epilogue.
I was very upset at the machines interrupted them while they were having a fun date at the amusement park. I literally said, "Don't disturb these beautiful couples on a date, you boomer machines." xd
Technically they do have a chance, albeit very small. Android can live for hundreds of years after all. . . . . . Also, there is Ending E and the epilogue right after it (yes you read that right, there is a short story right after ending E)
For everyone’s info There’s an epilogue to ending E where the pods manage to fix 2B and A2, so their both alive. But 9s body was fixed, it’s just that his memories, are gone so he can’t come back
@@Totallynotkyubey No. there’s like little side stories that you can read that gives you more insight into nier automata. After ending E, the pods manage to rebuild the 2B and A2 bodies and restore their memory. 9s body was restored as well but 2B couldn’t restore his memory do to it, A. Being sent off with that ship B. It’s scattered into little pieces so it’s quite hard to get his memory back.
I find it funny that they used old vending machines as save and teleport points in the game. Cuz now everytime I play borderlands I keep thinking 2B or 9S is going to pop out of one and take off to go kill something. 😂🤣

End of conversation. Have to play the whole game another time in english or what? xD
Have you guys even gotten ending E? That's still a possible reality for them, so stop crying. The Pods start rebuilding 9S, 2B, and A2 with all their past memories intact. So the question isn't whether they'll have the date. The question is when they'll have their date.
Ending E should’ve call the jokE of Yoko Taro because It make no sense,I saw everyone has been killed.like A2 lie in a collapsed building and 2b has been killed by A2 in a different spot,how did they get back on top of the building or a2 grew her hair back?They should’ve let them Rest In Peace(R.I.P).
@@tuanz8009 They're androids, as long as they have their memories intact, you can inject them into whatever body you need. And considering the war has been ongoing for 1000 years, it's not a stretch to think S and B parts are strewn about, and A2 uses proprietary android parts. Conceptually, death is not a definite concept for machines.
@@tuanz8009 It makes completely sense, what are you on? As the guy above me said, they're androids, machines, not humans. Their personalities and memories can be transfered between bodies. Think of it like a pc SSD, you can move the SSD to any other build you like, the files will still be the same.
@Kroga Kroga It wasn't meant that way. The way I see it - she is just giving him a bit of hope and positivity (something she does on and off throughout the game) because she wants to keep him happy while knowing that she'll just keep killing him over and over.
This place resemble the lost shrine from replicant. I wonder if certain locations was made in certain style purposedly to look similar to locations from replicant/gestalt
