The Heritage party as it stands doesn’t have a prayer of beating REFORM, Labour, Liberals or Tory at the polls and never has had. That calls for action against Christian and Jews. It's not an irrational fear unfortunately so islamaphobia is just a buzz word as there are genuine concerns on how followers can interpret the Qur'an. This doesn't mean all Muslims are radicalised and bad, it depends on how it's interpreted.

Agree, after recent hospital stay, it opens your eye to how wasteful and poorly organised the NHS is, the younger nurses show very little compassion and care for their patients, they are in it for the money. You get a brief visit once per day from a doctor and consultant, very rarely the same one, their assessment based on tests, physical examination very unlikely. Sad state of affairs. Follow up care is a waiting game, so much so, going private is the way, totally different care and results when you need it.

This has been going on for years doctors and consultants working in private clinics then when things go wrong the patient goes back to the nhs.

Whilst your points are indisputable and very well made there is remarkably little that is now not corrupt and quite merciless within the current NHS. Cabals within it tend to bond together whilst killing people for Big Pharma cash rewards for using chemo and radio in cancer cases. Today, there are far better and safer methods of destroying cancer cells such as Low Dose Naltrexone, (LDN,) a breakthrough discovered by a Head of Department at no less than Harvard Med for 49 years. Even the NHS demonises it as there are no financial kickbacks from Big P for prescribing it due to it having slipped under the radar as a mere anti-opioid in the 1980s. It also passed the FDA, being the world’s most stringent regulatory body, with flying colours and the patent fell into the public domain. It’s efficacy has to be without doubt in order to be NDA approved so that, too, puts the NHS defence fir persecuting it on behalf of their Big Pharma financial benefactors into the trash can, where it belongs. I have just survived cancer in nothing but Low Dose Naltrexone despite my GO refusing to even acquaint himself with it. Two of my friends were literally murdered by a protected gang of NHS surgeons by using their recovery on LDN as an excuse to stuff them full of radio and chemo once they had reached remission by using nothing but LDN, a non toxic immunotherapy that targets the rebuilding of the immune system that then attacks the diseases within the body. Some medical professionals have seen the light, though incredibly few as it leads to them not gaining any Big Pharma kickbacks which are the only thing they give a shit about. The NHS were not able to download the enormous funds that are required from the NHS to purchase chemo and radio from Big Pharma. As soon as this child was in remission, no thanks whatsoever to the NHS, they were able to download the cash and stuff the little boy with chemo. Today, he has less than a week to live as a direct consequence of NHS surgeons and their insatiable financial greed. Normally, when you force chemicals that enrich you into a victim, because that’s what these poor sods who trust them are, knowing perfectly well what happens when you mischievously destroy their immune system, the correct word for this is, “Murder,” The scale of this, within the NHS is nearer to genocide, protected by cabalism. ‘We, the public, are unwittingly facilitating it.
