Look at the sabotage of Nordstream, that was an action that greatly hurt Germany with Germany being an official "ally" (please don't say the US had nothing to do with it, it's got their fingerprints all over it). NATO had nothing to do with those. Yugoslav Wars was a UN intervention and the troops went in with UN paint, markings and berets etc. Syria was done as part of Operation Inherent Resolve and the international coalition against ISIS.
